Hi Ladies
do any of you suffer from awful bouts of nausea?? coupled with it i get a migraine type headache in the crown if my head. ive been grand for a while but today, bang same ole thing again with constant wind in my tummy...
any of you the same and how long does yours last for?

hey Melissa, i hear you lady! ive posted on here quite alot about my nausea over the past 6 months - i never ever expected to feel so ill with peri menopause - but there is no other explantion as ive had all the tests - even an endoscopy and all is clear, the only thing i had high was my fsh level at 15 (1m 42) that was 6 months ago, so i had another blood test yesterday to get it checked again, as the last 2 months it has been constant, along with awful inexplanable anxiety, loss of appetite, internal tremor, insomnia, and feeling extremes in temperature - hot or cold - it sucks big time!!! im just taking things day by day, started doing yoga regularly, lots of walking and a lovely hot bath every evening really helps me relax - alothough symptoms do tend to calm down in the evenings anyway, and i trying tms for the anxiety - ive yet to see a benefit with that yet though - so you are not alone - we will get through this together and be stronger for it xxxx
