Hi I have b12 deficiency.. does anyone here know where I can buy b12 spray.. I'm in Ireland so someone from ireland can you please help

I am new to this B12 Def. Had my 6 loading injections. Blood test booked for 13th February, which is one month after injections started. To see how often often often will need my top up jabs.
