Back of throat lumps

PLEASE HELP!!!

Ive had weird looking tonsils for ever but i noticed weird patches and lumps in my throat so I saw a doctor 4 months ago and was told it wasnt anything serious he gave me a round of 10 day antibiotics (amoxycillin) which made my tonsils swell and become full of puss which wasnt the case prior to taking them. the swelling went down finally but my throat still looks like this. no other major symptoms other than a swollen lymph node which has gone down but still a bit swollen. Does this look bad? because of covid i dont want to see a doctor but its been like this for so long now. image
