Bacterial Vaginosis at 15 years old

I need help asap, I'm desperate and my self confidence is down the toilet. Recently I had found out I have bacterial vaginosis. I had found out from my Mom when I told her my symptoms because she has it too. She also mentioned she got it at a young age like me. She told me there is no cure so I shouldn't bother but the smell from it is horrible and I don't want to continue being depressed. I've tried wearing cotton underwear, loose pants, pantie liners, drinking cranberry juice, eating yogurt, douching with yogurt, vagisil ph soap balance and vagisil odor block soap and nothing has helped me. I also tried no soap at all. The yogurt douche has only worked 1 day for me. I bought apple cider vinegar so I'm gonna try soaking myself in it but I'm afraid of it only working for a couple days. Whats a pernament cure for a 15 year old virgin? Theres been different pernament cures for older women in their 30s on this site but I'm afraid of the outcome when I try their methods.

Hi girls! I am still fighting my BV, but i have been free for 3 months now...I have being reading all kinds of forums to find anything that can work. So I thought I should share with you all because it is very anoying situation! I have tried that Fem Flora with 10 million CFu's, didn't work. Tried not to use tampons with Lunette cups it helped so I didn't have BV right after my period which is good but right before my period it came back again.I take yogurt every day too!

I have tried all kinds of vitamins and antioxidants but rescently I started taking banana flour from Brazil and worked! Banana flour is a prebiotic that feeds your gut and makes better enviroment for your bacterias in your intestine. I have been using for the last 3 months and my BV seems to be under control. I am also doing another thing, I dry myself with a hairdryer before I put my underwear. With this combination I have been free for 3 months! I hope I can help!

That's wonderful news! Banana powder is a wonderful resistant starch. So glad it helped.
