morning  Helen  ive  just  been  reading  your  story.   i  hope  you  see  the cardiologist  soon.  It  does  sound  like  it  could  be  heart problems.   before  i  had  a  heart  attack  in june  2015   i  was  poorly  for months  one  thing  or  another  seemed to be  at  docs  every  week.   and  yes  it  was like  my  body  was  telling  me  something  wasnt  right.   a  couple  of months  ago  they  said  i have  copd.    im so  pleased  you  are  getting  checked  out.  lots of  love  and  very  best wishes  julie    xxxxxxxxx

Hi Helen if you have a walk in medical centre go there and ask them to listen to your lungs, failing that see another doctor explain your symptoms and as if your lungs can be checked.

      Hope you feel better soon.
