I've gone up to 100mg of Sertraline 6 days ago. I had headaches whilst on 50mg but they are really bad the last week. I think they are migraines. Tight pulling sensation in forehead and across the head. Really hurts to move and even hurts to breath in through nose. Will this feeling ease ?

Headaches will ease off I had real bad headaches every morning nothing eased them was horrible but eventually they eased off by I'd say week 9

I also suffer from anxiety and panic. For about 2 years now. I hate it. It's so against my personality type.
One thing that has helped is meditation. It's a slow process and takes practice, but it does help. I was a big sceptic, but my panic attacks were so bad I was willing to try anything. I use the Abide app on the morning and 10% Happier in the evening. Start my day with something good in the morning, then decompress and relax in the evening.
