so, I. Feeling a bit better but still paranoid. I'll tell you what I've done so far ... I took me bendable; 1 tablet twice a day for 5 days. As well as that I started eating pumpkin seeds (I could only find the fried variety ... Not sure how they differ in potency from the raw ones). Changed bed sheets once so far BUT I have been hoovering my bed sheets daily as well as the rest of my rooms. Clothes not reworn, showered twice daily, scrubbed my nails a million times a day to the extent that the skin on my hands started peeling from over washing. Changed undoes twice daily and was careful not to shake clothes etc. I actually held my breath as to not inhale anything. Washed shower down after each use as I share it with my hubby. New towel daily. Cleaned door handles/light switches almost every day. I also fed my hubby a tablet of MBZ and have been watching him carefully as to to check he's not itching etc. make sure he showers every single morning as well (as he often prefers to shower late at night but I tell him not to). Initially, even after taking the MBZ for 2-3 days, I was still seeing worms and the itching was there but I forced myself to resist the urge to itch ... This was probably the lost difficult thing. I wore the body shaper undies at night which almost stopped me from breathing but it was the only way I could make sure I wasn't getting to the little buggers.
Oh, oh, I was also taking 2-3 whole cloves daily (nasty, but they can't be as nasty as having these buggers).
Obviously, ly, im still very paranoid.. It's been a week and the symptoms have subsided... For now.. I'm still very scared and anxious but atleast I feel better. I'm continuing with this routine though I've stopped showering at night but obviously shower every single morning. Also Hoover my room. I've stopped the cloves but I'm going to start again today and continue for weeks to come hopefully.
I plan lane to start the superfoodprofiles from day after tomorrow (it's been public holidays in Australia so I wS su able to have this juice with the whole clan at home everyday so tomorrow I will buy all the ingredients and start drinking day after, discretely). I also plan on taking more MBZ for a in another week or so.
The he worst thing for me has been the fear of passing them on to my hubby. He doesn't know and I pray he never pick it up from me which is what has made me go to so many lengths. But hopefully it's worth it. Atleast I can hug him at night now.
Ill let u know know how I go with the rest of the plan. I know everyone gives different advice bu seriously just go out thee and go all out and hopefully u WILL feel better and hopefully eradicate them.
Much love over to all my fellow sufferers. Stay strong xxx

Look up on the Internet, Demodex, Harvest Mites, Red Mites, Black Mites, Spider Mites, and anything else you may find regarding mites.
There are over 30,000 different known kinds of mites, many which do not harm humans, but several do. What it sounds to me is that you are having problems with the demodex mite, which also suggests to me that your immune system is badly comprimised. There could very well be an unidentified medial issue within you, that has caused your body to be infested with this, and/or other kinds of mites as well.
Demodex mites and harvest mites are known to crawl into every crevice within your body, and I MEAN EVERY Crevice within your body. Eyes, earns, nose, lungs, genitals, all, and I mean ALL.
You have to educate yourself on mites, what they look like, how you can quickly identify whatever as being a mite, and then destroy the suckers. Vacuum is the Key, vacuum everything daily for a long time, and once vacuumed, get the vacuum out of the house immediately.
Do not let birds make nest around and near your home, as these nests will be vacated within a short time, and then, these mites will come looking to enter your home by the thousands, having thousands of descendants yearly, looking for a meal from you.
Though they are small animals, they are small, smart animals. You have to become smarter than they, and I can say by what you have told me, they seem to be smarter than you at present. Learn all you can, how to prevent them from entering your homes, and what you must do to all within the home, to help eradicate your home from them. Ninety-one percent alcohol will quickly do the demodex mite in, immediately stopping all movement, itching and crawling feelings they generate.
Do not expect doctors to know what I have told you, because they are ignorant of the knowledge that is out on the market and the internet today. If a doctor comes up to view you, without powerful magnification, then the doctor doesn't know what he or she is looking for, as these mites are almost microscopic.
Specific kinds of mites, calls for specific miticides at different stages of development. Therein lies the biggest unknown fact that most doctors do not know. And one of the reasons why labs do not see what you know was there, is because mites are rapidly developing creatures that can go through upwards to six life cycles, within just a matter of days. You complain about a white creature, but when the lab gets your sample within days, there are no white creatures to identify, because the mites have changed rapidly, going to the next different color stage.
I know what I say, because I have been studying these creatures for over 20 years, but do not claim to be an expert.
The key to anyone's problem, is to have an appropriate diagnosis as to what the creature is and to identify the appropriate medicines that will kill a specific mite, at a specific stage of development.
There are some mites that can live within the body, without a direct oxygen source, getting needed oxygen by drinking or eating the blood of the host. When and if these things can get into your lungs or other main organs of the body, they can kill you just by the shear numbers they can generate, and cause you blood related problems as well.
I would suggest all that has this problem, rethink the doctors you have visited, and how you were treated. This is not a problem about parasitosis, but a real physical problem that will soon begin to show in mass numbers of people dying because of these suckers.
Be warned! And good luck.
