So last night I ate some cereal ( honey bunches of its with lactaid fat free milk ) amd about a half hour later my head stared killing me and having this tightening and tingling sensation and I also felt super nauseous and had started trembling like crazy I thought I was going to die , has anyone ever felt like this or had this happen ?

okay, so if its okay to ask

what caused the urge to eat at that time if you can remember

was it serious stress, craving, deppression, hunger or agitation

or a mixture of these, or anything else

sorry to keep fireing questions at you

Its no.problem , but I would be up and would want a snack that's not to heavy , so.I thought the cereal was sort of mild (hokey bunches.of oats with almonds) and fat free milk , but I guess it was all in my mins that the cereal would trigger an attack , because I have eaten heavier food that time of the night before and didn't have anxiety or a panic attack , so I think I was edging it on

i think the problem is that you are worrying far to much which i know is easy for me to say as i dont know your problems and discomforts, but just find somthing that you really enjoy like a hobby or somthing simple to make money from,

for instance buy a bulk lot of pllain hair bands and decorate them and sell them on ebay, or if your into restoration buy a little project, budget it, do it up and sell it and make sure to see whether they are selling before you buy, and take it one step at a time, please just give it a go and just concentrate on that and set goals and you will be surprised, i know it sounds strange but your worries probably will probably go away if you make sure you set little goals and bust them and make money, you see your concentration will automatically turn to doing that and and take your mind off your worries plus if you budget you progect right via research you will make money to, its a win win situation

i have found this is how it has helped me i have been doing custom restorations of cars since i was 15 and ernt thousands of pounds profit

just pick somthing that suits you

and give it a go and most of all (HAVE FUN)lollol
