Hi Lorraine, whilst I keep a look on this forum I am not very active - however your reply today has caught my eye. I am left very much on my own re lichen. I was diagnosed over a year ago and have got it mostly in check although not as much as I thought. I use dermovate once a week so will consider twice. I was given epiderm cream to wash with by my Dr. Which I use very regularly, and I recently had a week away and thought I would try bubble bath - wrong thing to do so I know i can't do that again. Have used Vaseline but didn't know it could affect me. Will defo look into some of your suggestions - thank you
Sue
