Bartholin's Cyst Relief!!!

I have a question?? Did it bleed when it drained? I'm bleeding like I'm having a heavy flow period, but I've already had it this month. It hurts so bad and I don't know what to do. I just started bleeding today. Any advice or info you can give would really help ?

My Bc just started hurting 3 days ago with each day getting a bit worse than the day before. I first noticed it when I got my period about 10 days ago but it didn't hurt then. It's gotten firm and larger and I'm noticing some blood tinged discharge when wiping. My period ended days ago so I'm wondering if the discharge/bleeding is from the BC. From what I've read from people whose BC's have burst, they say a combo of blood and pus drain so maybe that's what you're experiencing? Other sites say if there's blood coming from it, it should be evaluated by Dr.

Does your BC hurt just where the cyst/lump is or is the entire side where it's located also sore/tender (ie. pelvic area). Asides from the painful lump, the entire side where mine is located is sore/tender to the touch. Feels like someone punched me. Wondering if you or anyone else felt the same thing or if in my case it's possible the infection has spread.

I would get to your GP, embarrassing I know.  Just got diagnosed yesterday and have anti biotics.  I'm hoping it will go before my holiday next week but reading posts, not sure.  I was horrified, never had anything like it.  Never even heard of it until I googled, hence finding myself on this page.  Usually really healthy.  Not sure spinning class has helped.  Mine is size of a cherry and I'm scared about an op.  Trying the baths and just hoping it will go.  Feel so unattractive too knowing it's there, and very tired.  Hope you are soon better.🙁

I have a cyst in that area as well and am scared of the Opp. I have looked at a ton of sites that discuss homeopathic ways to make the cyst drain and or rupture on there own. Which have there own risks as well.  I'm desperate to not have any surgery down there. Plus with the surgery u r discussing I have read countless stories of women who go them drained. Very painful and or got them removed and they just came back.  I am currently trying the apple cider vinager treatment.  Search natural cures for BC cyst and you will find some alternative options to try.

Yes, let me know how it goes.  Not tried any homeopathic remedies.  I'm a bit worried to apply anything in that area to be honest.  Went back to GP and being referred to gynaecology.  I don't have an infection so nothing to burst but I really want to get rid and feel normal again.

Hi Kessie. I've had about three of these, each one pea sized. First one a couple of years ago I popped in the shower and it all deflated with no issue, but it came back a year later in the same spot. Again popped no probs since. Got one on the other side a couple of weeks ago and drove me nuts so popped it also (ick alert here!) A heap of green goop and blood came out so must hv been infected also. I just washed the area clean and put antiseptic cream on it for a day or two and it feels fine. I still feel a little soft spot under the skin where it was, but thinking its just stretched skin. Hope yours has settled down by now.

I wanted to tell you and every Woman that has a skene duct cyst and or a Bart. Cyst that there is hope with out painful and expensive  surgery  .  I am not a dr nor am I recommending you do this I can only share my experience and hope to give someone relief.  First buy a sitz bath kit online with all the essential oils and pink salts and things to help Drain and or pop it naturally.   It's about $30 bucks for 5 of them I think.  U can find it online easily.   After that this is what I did and found a ton of women who did it and it worked.   I applied Braggs, it has to be Braggs all natural and organic, directly to the area.   It's a sensitive area and the vinegar acts like a mild acid to help burst the cyst. Mine was the size of a big grape and only getting bigger.   I found a forum that discusses this method just google apple cider natural cures for Bart. Cysts and u will find it. About 25 women did it and it worked for all of them including myself Forums are one of the best ways to find natural treatments and hear how it affected others. 

Ok so here is what they and myself did. 

Take a cotton ball and soak it in apple cider vinegar apply it directly to the cyst.   Leave it there for 30 minutes to a hour.  Try to localize it, which can be difficult but worth it.  Put a pad on your undies each day u do it cause when it bursts it will smell terrible and a lot of yellow and or brown or green stuff will come out.  Then take a sitz bath and or a very hot bath. The hottest u can stand without burning that delicate area.  At night do hot compresses. For 30 minutes to a hour. This helps the process and takes away some of the pain. If it gets too painful lubricate it with coconut oil.    This process hurts but it's worth it and saved me thousands of dollars for not having to get surgery. Taking time off work and going thru that pain. Which I think would be worse. Plus if u haven't had a child like myself u never want to do surgery. Only as the last option. Too much room for complications. Repeat this process for5-8 days or until the cyst naturally ruptures    

Full disclosure I couldn't walk by day 5 but on day 6 it popped and drained and all the pain went away.  Trust me it's worth it!!!    Natural is the best way and most dr's don't want u to know that.  Mine burst and is now healed. All my stress is gone and I can be intimate again!!!   I would go thru the pain again if I needed to cause it blew my mind that it worked!!!  If u have any other questions let me know.  It will hurt but was less then surgery. And my cyst has healed on its own.  U want to try and get enough of the cyst to rupture so the Shell of the cyst is gone and it won't come back.  

Go to the dr after the cyst burst she will put u on antiobotics, which u will need to keep any possible infection at bay. I didn't get any Infection just a sideways look when I told the dr what I did.  Beware surgeons get paid and want to do surgery. They r usually not interested in keeping the cyst from coming back and or not interested in what actually causes the cyst. Don't let the dr belittle you when u tell them what u did and don't tell them before doing it cause they will just try and tell u u shouldn't do it and opt for surgery.  

DONT GET THE BART gland removed ever!! You need it for lubrication and too many complications with removing anything.  This is important after the cyst ruptures don't take any more sitz baths with the oils.  Just get a ton of epsom and or pink hymalia salts and add them to your bath every night.   I bled a little bit so you might spot and it can be a little nerve racking when the pain starts to come on.  The coconut oil and hot baths and hot compresses help a ton.   Anyways. I will pray for you and a speedy recovery!!  I made a vow that if this worked for me I would spread the word and help other women!!!   Come join me on healing yourself.  Our bodies are capable of so much and healing will be the easiest part.   Don't fondle down there. Keep a mirror to look at it every day and see what's happening.  Mine slowly took off some of the skin and it burst.  I was so happy I cried.  I have had this for over 3 years and it would have saved me many sleepless nights had I know about this sooner.

The pain is worth it and some womens burst within the day others 5 days. Mine was really big so it took about 8 days.  U will know it's working cause the pain will start but that's a good thing.  Once u start don't stop till it ruptures.  If u can't do 30 minutes of cotton balls do as long as u can stand!!  And please VERY IMPORTANT U MUST DELUTE THE APPLE CIDER VINEGAR!!!!  I used 50% water and 50% vinegar.     Let me know how it goes.  And remember once you start this process there is no going back.  Be strong!! You should not try and pop these on your own ever.   Just my opinion and from what I read online it's a big no no. But I know it worked for skip but that's rare from what I read.  

Mine is retracted and gone but there is some skin that is loose now.  However I don't care cause it saved me!!! 

Totally normal.   Go see the dr to get on antibiotics so it doesn't get infected though and read my response to kassie below about my apple cider vinager cure!!! When the cyst starts to hurt it might have a abscess and will bleed hurt so bad and then pop.   You shouldn't have a lot of bleeding just a little spotting. If u have a lot of blood go to the dr asap.   You don't want the infection to go into the bloodstream.    See my response ok natural ways to get rid of these Bart cysts and skene duct cysts.    I am healed and happy and way less stressed and I saved about 10k and possible reoccurring surgeries. And if anyone opts for surgery make sure the dr removes the "SHELL" of the cyst. That will be what keeps it from coming back. U have to remove the shell.

Your GP won't help or know what to do. This is specialized.  You need to see a OBGYN that specializes in Urinary
