Being lightheaded for a year on and off

Hi guys,

I’ve been feeling lightheaded/ dizzy/off balance (on and off) for over a year. Actually I hesitant to call it dizziness because it’s not a spinning sensation (I had vertigo before, I know how it feel). It’s hard to explain but I’ll do my best to explain it. First of all, I do not feel like I used to do. I get tired much much faster, sometimes I feel like I’m going to fall, but I’ve never fallen so far. My eyes are sometimes weird, there’s no double vision, blurry, whatsoever, But just weird. I sometimes have pain in the temple or in the forehead but I cannot tell if it’s related to dizziness.  The lightheadedness sensation is on and off (or better to say better and worse) feeling. I can tell that this feeling is always with me but sometimes for no apparent reason it gets worse. Usually when I wake up in the morning, the feeling is less intense, but as the day goes by, it gets worse. It’s usually the worst in the evening time. When it gets worse, I start to sweat and feel weakness in my legs. I’ve done multiple blood tests for all different reasons and all came back normal. I’ve done MRI for my head and sinuses which was clear. I’ve gone to ENT and I’ve had different vestibular tests which all were fine. I don’t think it is anxiety, because I’m not an anxious person. I appreciate any help.

    Some additional information:

I am 26 years old, male. My occupation encounter using Microscope. Microscope makes me really lightheaded. I don't know if it is related or not. I do exercise pretty much everyday. I run on a treadmill. treadmill also makes me a little off balance. If I drive I'm fine, If I sit next to the driver I feel more lightheaded. If I sit on the rear sits it gets worse. Moving my head side to side (or up and down) worsen the problem. If I hold my head to one side (Let's assume somebody's speaking next to me and I'm looking at him/her),I get lightheaded.
