    Hi guys

    Just a update

So been drinking that magnesium calms now & again ( not every day )

It does make you feel sick ( not a nice taste ) but u find it does help the headaches.

    I'm going accupunture again today.

I feel really anxious today I don't know. Maybe cause I don't like it sad the needles & I don't like doing these things on my own.

I have also contacted a dizzy clinic ( vestibular )

I'm just waiting for my dad to get back to me then I can book. So wen it happens I shale let you know the crack smile

    ❤️❤️ Have a nice day

Just a update went Drs they have put me on Naproxen & a anti sickness tablet as I get bad neausa ( maybe some you get this? )

She said it's not long term these meds just to relieve it at the moment ( been on them before & found them very good )

Any who she did mention the next time you come in to try a form of anti depressant I told her I'm not keen & she was saying how it could benefit me. Iv been on anti depressants before and it made me worse ( changed my mood ect )

Iv forgotten the name of it sorry but if and when I go back I will ask the same and discuss in more details & post it up.

Iv also felt really anxious all this week ( maybe cause the sickness & stress of maybe buying a new pony )

Morning here in the UK hope you have a lovely day xx

    Hi Michelle

Beta blockers calmed me down but eventually they made me feel depressed so I came off them.  Not taking anything at the minute.  Im glad youre coping with it better and its getting better.  I think I have times in the day when the dizziness isnt there or maybe I just dont notice it.  Its always back by tea time though ruining any thoughts of going to latin and ballroom.  I was very stressed at work last week and in fact I resigned due to being bullied by my boss.  I was really dizzy all day then and it was a million times worse.  Been better this week though.  Just need to get a new job.  That makes me stressed.  Keep up the good work !!!

Ah I'm sorry hear about you're job sad

Was talking to family member today hadn't seen for ages & was saying Iv been stressed & Iv no job & no bf he was like blimey you have really changed what's going on lol.

It's true I used to be so bubbly & lively. Now I go bed early every night as I'm shattered.

Do you find you're really drained? Really tired? But then sometimes you have terrible sleep? Ha makes no sense does it.

The dizziness drains me so much & makes me so depressed.

Keep you're chin up Hun. Regarding the job. You will get there! ❤️❤️❤️

Yep, the being drained bit, never known anything like it.  I dont sleep but Ive got sleeping tablets, zolpidem that knock me out.  Had trouble sleeping for years now.  I couldnt work if I didnt get sleep. I think you get so tired cos your eyes are correcting stuff all day.  Luckily my job consists of two parts, PA to HR director 2 days a week and administrator other 2 days a week and dont work on a friday.  Ive only given up the PA part cos of the idiot at work, so still got the 2 days admin a week.  That will keep me going for a while, while I look for something else.  I never knew anything like this existed, Im glad I didnt I would have been terrified Id get it !!!! From reading all the posts on here, quite a lot of us have bad sinuses anyway and allergies and I wonder if thats got anything to do with it.  Shame you cant attend a group in reality, you might meet someone nice who has the same thing and who would really understand.  Lots of love x

Do you get weird dreams too? I get crazy dreams & that can be part of stress & terrible sleep.

      Constantly drained it's a joke.

I don't have sinuses issues. However I do have a history of headaches/migraines & ear problems & that is also passed on by family members.

      Lots of love x

I think being so stressed its bound to trip over into your dreams.  I have bad dreams about all sorts.  Apparently migraine can be hereditary.  They asked me that but my parents died when I was a child so Ive no idea.

Hi Michelle, talking about tiredness, I cleaned up downstairs and was wiped out.  Ive spent all afternoon in bed.  Ive still got the stairs and upstairs todo.  Ran out of energy.  Ill have to try tomorrow.  I used to be able to clean the house in one go no trouble.  Hubby hurt his leg and is bed bound so have to do everything at the min and Im really struggling.  Thank god its a bank holiday weekend.  Got extra time to do stuff.  Bet its brill having a new pony and that should keep your spirits up and a reason to keep going.  xx

      Hey Paula

I'm sorry to hear that sad

I find a lot people on here have little energy. I think it's mixture of being stressed and migraines/dizziness it's all not good for our body.

Make sure to drink plenty of water too.

Iv started sleeping with lavender oil now it actually sort of helps ( touch wood ) but still weird dreams haha. ( stress )

And thank you. I'm hoping mentally & pyscially it wil help me. I lost my horse 2 years ago in a horrible way so Iv been down from it since & my counsellor said Iv never got over it & tbh I never will. I always cry thinking about him. If he was old I would understand.

I'm gonna ring vestibular therapy again today to book in the appointment as I was finding it difficult to find someone to take me. ( they reccomend you don't drive )

I hope you have a lovely day xx

    Hi guys

    Just an update

Iv been pretty bad for 2 weeks now with dizziness & it's making me very depressed & really tired.

I went Holland & barrat & the women told me to take b-100 so I now take 1 a day.

I also have vestibular therapy booked in next week ( wish me luck )

And I now have accupunture once a week and she's started to do it in my head to help the migraines & stress.

Has anyone been through any of what Iv mentioned? And can give some good advice.

    All the best xx

Loosing the will to live over here.....

    Thanks!!
