Betahistine

Would love to get advice on betahistine as a way to help with dizzy spells from Meneres. My spells are happening more and more and my ENT has not suggested betahistine at this point. Currently, when I start feeling dizzy I am supposed to take Valium as they think stress triggers it. However, now that it is happening so regularly I just don't like taking a drug like Valium so often. Any help or advice would be truly appreciated. Thank you, Greg

    You’ll need to get your ENT to prescribe the medication and you can have in made in a compound pharmacy, or order from a acandian pharmacy. I haven’t tried the latter although it may be cheaper.
