I had a bilateral hip replacement 7 weeks ago.  Would like to share our experiences

    Hello!

    ?I am having bilateral hip replacement next week.  53 years old with RA. Anterior approached.  Looking forward to being able to take the dog for a walk.

      Good luck Jay, I had a bilateral hip replacement in August and can honestly say even though there were difficult times now past all that and enjoying the pain free times.   I was 55 yrs old at the time and could barely walk now I can walk pain free...still using crutches if doing alot of walking due to weak knees that also need replacing, but on short walks no stick or crutches.

      ​Mental thing is people aware more if you have an aid in crowded places.
