Has anyone with M.E. and insomnia tried the prebiotic Bimuno powder, as seen on 'The truth about sleep ' with Dr Michael Mosely ? Or any other prebiotic?

    I have been using a prebiotic called Inulin for about 4 months now, after watching the same programme.  I feel it does help me sleep better.  The sleep is still unrefreshing, but I'm sure if I wake early, I usually drift off again. 

    I started on a half-teaspoon morning & evening, and slowly increased to one teaspoon morning & evening, to allow my body time to adjust. 

    Another benefit is that I also feel fuller so don't feel the need to snack anymore, which is helpful when exercise is so hit and miss with M.E!
