Try chia seeds I hear they're also good for you. I take a multivitamin along with vtiamin C and vitamin D3. Black cohosh takes about 3 months for it to start working. Are you high blood pressure medicine? Because if you're not then you can take St. John's wort and that will bring your life back.

i've never heard of this.    I use vitamin D3 and Omega 3 oil supplement, but Vitamin D3 has been brilliant for lifting low mood and so many other things.  We just don't get enough of it and it was the only thing that was low on blood results for me.

i did not hear of it helping with mood swings, just hot flashes, night sweats.  vit d3 is the only thing that helped with my mood swings and I take that along with omega 3's and not much else except watching diet and exercising as much as possible.

Agree with the Vit D3 and Omega 3. I tried Black Cohosh - it made me feel weird, so I stopped. It can get some folks that way.
