Hi ,
so Black cosh has been recommended to me for mood swings..
how long does this take to actually start to work? The best place to buy? Is their a particular brand that is better?
u can private message me if anyone wants...
what else is recommended besides black cosh? Having found out I'm peri my mood swings are terrible so I'm desperate for somthing to help me?!!.
im going to see my GP but carnt get in to see her till next wells!!.

Try chia seeds I hear they're also good for you. I take a multivitamin along with vtiamin C and vitamin D3. Black cohosh takes about 3 months for it to start working. Are you high blood pressure medicine? Because if you're not then you can take St. John's wort and that will bring your life back.

i've never heard of this. I use vitamin D3 and Omega 3 oil supplement, but Vitamin D3 has been brilliant for lifting low mood and so many other things. We just don't get enough of it and it was the only thing that was low on blood results for me.

i did not hear of it helping with mood swings, just hot flashes, night sweats. vit d3 is the only thing that helped with my mood swings and I take that along with omega 3's and not much else except watching diet and exercising as much as possible.

Rrrrrrr right, it was what someone posted me as to what they take!
i really think after the feedback I've received from you all Vit D3 and omega 3 I'm going to give a go!!
