Bleeding and pelvic pain from boric acid vaginal suppositories

I was wondering if anyone has had any bleeding and pelvic pain from using boric acid vaginally? I thought i was getting a yeast infection and decided to start on the suppositories. On the third day i noticed a lot of pelvic discomfort and lots of bright red blood. I continued with one more day before the pain and blood were worrisome. So after the fourth day I discontinued using the boric acid and the bleeding stopped but my vulva was very irritated. It was very red, dry and it hurt on the right side of the entrance to my vagina. I did notice that I now have little things on my labia minora that appear to be vestibular papillomatosis. I've been in a relationship for nearly 13 years so I was extremely worried that my partner was unfaithful and I may have contracted an STD... honestly, I'm still a little worried. I will have STD testing done in a few days just so i know but I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience using boric acid? thanks so much!

About 6 months ago I'd started experiencing some mild pelvic pain so I immediately went to see my OB/Gyn. As soon as she started the exam she noticed a discharge and told me it was BV. All of my other test results including cervical cancer came back negative. Doctor explained it can come from stress, diet, hormonal changes, etc. She gave me pills to take and the issues subsided. But it came back so I tried the boric acid suppositories PhD. I soon experienced worse pelvic pain. Now the pain comes and goes since I started and I've noticed a mild light pink bleeding and brown spotting. My menstruation should not be due at this time. I do have another appointment to see my OB/ Gyn next week. This time I will ask to have another uterine testing and an ultrasound to check ovaries, etc. This way I will feel relieved knowing all is good.

Im happy that i found this forum. My situation is i was having ongoing yeast infections and nothing was working. My cousin suggested BA suppositories. The reviews on Amazon were good so i went for it. I think my biggest mistake was putting 2 in 12 hours apart. 1 each time. I put one in at 12 AM on Thursday and around 12 PM Thursday. By 3 AM Friday morning I had blood on the tissue when I wiped. Later on while having a bm a clot came out. It cleared up by Saturday morning. It started looking like old blood and then it was gone. Saturday evening fresh blood came back and it's been happening every since. I went to urgent care Tuesday morning and an exam was done along with an ultrasound on my pelvis. A scope/camera was inserted in my vagina. She found a fibroid and some tissue growing. Ultimately I know the BA triggered this. I'm bleeding so heavy with blood clots. I'm about to lose my health insurance so I want this problem to go away because I'm scared. Today is Wednesday so it's been almost a week since this has started.

Anyone have any follow ups? Like did the bleeding go away? How long did it last? This is my first time using these. I put one in before bed Tuesday and one before bed Wednesday. Putting Wednesdays in hurt. Its Thursday morning and when I went pee I noticed the tissue was pink. I take birth control to STOP my cycle so I never bleed. I won't use anymore of these.....but will it stop or get worse or what?

I've noticed bleeding while taking product even after my period already came on for the month. It helped with my issue despite the bleeding .. & the bleeding only last 7-8 days like a normal period.

Ive never used the supposorities back to back, i also have never tried supposorities. i saw great reviews on cvs website. Durning my 1st attempt I had a light cycle for about 4 days after trying it, i didnt think much of it because my cycle was running late but i had an itch afterwards. Ok today makes 12 days later since my first try, i inserted one 2 days ago, i have been having extreme pelvic pain, lower back pains, pain in my buttocks. i couldnt sit on my behind last night. I DO NOT THINK THESE ARE SAFE! I DONT FEEL LIKE ITS OK TO BE LOSING THIS MUCH BLOOD. THIS HAS LED ME TO THE ER. The only thing i can assume is that THERE WASNT ANYTHING ABNORMAL OR WRONG down there prior to using this, i only used it because i had sex and assumed my ph was off but the discharge problem actually cured itself almost two weeks prior to even trying this mess, i thought i was just making sure. NOW IM PRAYING THAT I DIDNT DESTROY ANYTHING

I have used boric acid suppositories for 2 yrs .

It does not say to use after sex .

it can cause swelling and pain during sexual intercourse. And recently has caused me to have a longer period . I used it as I always do right after my period ,except this time it made my period start again .Im only spotting though

If you are going to use these suppositories .

Use them when you dont plan on having sex fir a few days .If you use them the same day you do .

    it will be painful .
