blephagel very effective for blepharitis

Since using blephagel on a regular basis for a couple of months, I have found it the only thing that works for me, it is a thick, medicated gel in a large tube you can get from your doctor, large tube so you get plenty of it so don't have to be sparing, and it works, as its good and thick in gel form where I always found drops, too thin, weak and watery to be effective whatever one I tried, lately I have only had to use my wonderful blephagel less than once a day in order to keep the dreadful redness, gunkiness, soreness, grittyness and swolleness at bay and can even wear my eyeliner, glittery eye shadow and mascara as I love to do on special occasions, as I am a performance poet and have to go LIVE onstage to recite my poetry to an audience, again, its invaluable, I can only suggest blepharitis sufferers try it, I had to use a lot and use frequent applications for about a month and then it seemed to really get on top of it, so I am delighted as there is nothing worse than climbing the walls with sore weepy eyes, is there?  Best wishes, Fiona

The beauty of this product is you don't need to use anything else besides, it does what it says on the tin, I haven't had to use a jot of the stuff today at all and my eyes have been completely clear and symptom free, and trust me I get this daily, the symptoms, and can look forward with complete confidence to my LIVE poetry recital on the quay on Thursday night, yes, I shall be wearing my eye make up knowing that a couple of doses of blephagel the morning after will successfully put right any damage whatsoever, it really does work, I can't reccomend it highly enough and some feedback on this would be super!!

I hope you do too, I know we're all different make up wise so respond differently to different products but can only say it really worked for me, good luck!!

Fiona - this is very interesting.  I would like to know, though, didn't this make

your eyes blurry since the medicine is thick?  How were you able to see through

the day?  What kind of eye doctor did you have to go to for this prescription?  I have never known who to go to for blepharatis...Thank you.

Hi, it's not a problem as I just rub in, in past morning and night, leave for just ten minutes then wipe excess away with a tissue, and by then the necessary has soaked in, hope this some help x

Most GPS should be able to prescribe it, by the way x

      Margaret,

I checked on the internet.... and there is no reason for it to make your vision blurry because it's not put in the eye... It's just used as a cleaner for the eyelids.

I think Margeret means that some is bound to get in the eye but I don't find that a problem as it only takes ten minutes to soak the n and you can then wipe the excess away, so no problem x

No I had never heard of it before. I just looked it up and found a video on the internet showing how to use it.

So its just a cleansing gel? I looked on the website and doesn't say anything about it being medicated, just a gel to help cleanse the eyelid and rid of the debris
