Blotchy red rash/irritated skin on penile head (lasted for over 3 moths now)?

Does anyone else have additional symptoms that go along with the red blotchy tip? All STD tests came back negative, but additional symptoms for me are a tiny sting sensation in the middle of my penis from time to time, slight testicle pain, lack of interest in sex and a feeling of tenderness/rawness at the urethra (pee hole). Anyone else having these type of symptoms as well?

I suffered with this problem on/off for the last 5 years. I've never successfully managed to cure it sadly with the help from GP either. I've had all the tests which all came back negative.

I've noticed it seems to get better when I wear loose underwear and keep myself dry at all times.

Refrain from

masturbation/sexual activity

Soaps and detergents (Use water only to wash with Emollient wash creams, they soothe your skin and helps prevent dryness, it retains it's natural moisture)

There are a lot of Anti fungal creams out there, but always consult your GP.

I used a drop of Tea Tree oil diluted in 30ml of warm water, it's a natural antibacterial.

This is what helped me. I try to stay away from using those creams as they can sometimes cause more damage than good.

I have been looking for the past few years for people to have the same st as me. It is so frustrating going to dermatologist, family doctors, std doctors and others for them to tell you it looks like a rash maybe its this or that. F*g idiots really. either way it began after i was having sex multiple times a day for say three or four months and masturbating at the same time once a day. All in all it was way too much friction or whatever for my skin. It is red all around my urethra and worse on the bottom where my penis sits on my boxers. the bottom of my uretha seems to be open during erection while my top half of opening is normal. when this is open and it toughs is seems to provide a shock like a tooth ache but not the same pain, just the shock like wtf with the adrenaline rush. I have found that luke warm water is best and only for a quick dip maybe 3-4 minutes at most, no soap what so ever. I have had this for two years now and it consistently gets better over time. No masturbation or sex. any form prolongs for weeks. Tight briefs to reduce penis swing is optimal. after a shower redness is more noticeable but pain is diminished. as the day progresses and more contact with underwear burning/ stinging is increased, During and after erection redness and pain is increased. it is as if my penis skin isn't enough for how much my penis grows. I have tried hydrocorisone cream 2.5 with little success and cicloproxion .77 with little success. It seems that whatever it is applying a moisturizer and baby powder afterwards reduced pain and discomfort by extending the time that a pair of briefs and activity may be used. I get about 5-8 little to pain free hours. I am so sorry any of you have this i wouldn't wish this on my enemy. It ruins masturbation and sex. good by to have a meaningful relationships. if i find a cure i promise i will return and write without being tipsy. ps. i blame circumcision if i had some extra skin this st wouldnt be a problem.

Alright, this thread has gone quiet so I’m gonna get the conversation going again.

I’m 29 years old and have had this for about 4 years now.

Before this my penis was normal and It didn’t ever hurt, even after 2-3 sessions in a day with my girlfriend. I am circumcised. It all started 2 days after unprotected oral.

Anyway, when it first started my penis was super sensitive to everything and slightly red. I tried to self treat with cortisone and anti candida cream. I even went on a strict candida diet.

This has no effect so I went to a doctor who said they can’t see anything but that maybe I should try an protopic cream.

All of this had no effect so I went to a urologist who digitally told me I had a mild case of prostatitis. Gave me Cipro and 10mg prescription of amitriptyline. This didn’t really have much of an effect. I was on both for quite some time.

At this point he tested my urine, blood and semen and found nothing in terms of infection. I also have tested negative recently for both hsv1 and hsv2.

So here’s what I’m dealing with 4 years later:

Penis head is red and irritated with a new bumpy texture. It also gets very dry after erections if I do not moisturize. Erections are slightly uncomfortable because the skin feels more stretched. Occasionally I get electric shock like feelings on my glans just from my clothes rubbing on it. These issues only affects the area above my circumcision line because everything below is normal. In general it just feels raw and sick and like the skin has become thinned and more fragile.

I do feel like my left testicle hurts or feels strange sometimes. I feel like I ejaculate faster during sex also as if my penis is now more sensitive.

I really feel as if this is HPV. My wife has had to have a procedure due to cervical dysplasia or “atypical” cells on her cervix. Her paps have shown multiple types of hpv so I can assume I have the same.

This makes the most sense to me as I can see almost a warty fine texture on my glans. This could be causing all of the symptoms I feel with the skin being irritated, dry and tight. This could be why all other tests have been negative for everything.

There are many articles that hpv could cause Balanitis. Just google that for yourself.

To combat this I am getting the guardasil shot which has been theorized to help with clearing existing infections.

I will also be going to the derm and urologist again as soon as this covid crap is over. I am hoping they can see this time and can prescribe me a green tea based hpv treatment made from sinecatechins in the green tea plant. If they can’t see anything (which would declare them clinically blind) I will have to come up with some other plan.

Somebody please be our hero and just come back here with an easy solution for us all ! Lol you would make my decade!!

Has anybody noticed that, besides all of the symptoms, their penis got a little bit stiffer when flaccid. I feel like my shaft and my whole penis got a bit harder and stiffer when it's flaccid, it's not as soft as before.
