Look on EBay under pregnancy / maternity for body pillow, got mine for about £10 including a cover, still using it now at 4.5 months post op!  Best thing I purchased.

My PT showed me how to sleep on my side. You just need one of those long body pillows you can get everywhere. Yoyplaxe between knew and you must roll on your good sode keeping everything aligned. But from what I have read thesis is too much u till about third week. Hope this helps Jay 😊

Hi Jay I got mine from a futon company and used it for weeks. If you google futon and total hip replacement you will find one designed for the purpose.  Sorry not allowed to share a link on this site.

Poor Jay. I so look forward to a time when he posts that he finally got some sleep.

That will be a thread that gets lots of good replies.

Hang in there Jay, hang in there. If you are 2 weeks post op it is gonna get better soon.
