Body temperature issues

Does anyone else have problem regulating their body temperature, i either sweat buckets with hardly any exerting or am freezing cold even with several layers of clothes,blankets and hot water bottles, i often wake up in the night juddering from being cold.. is this another weird and not so wonderful fibro symptom?...

    I have this but I also have M E and it's a symptom of that xx

      Hi nicola, yeah i think the 2 are closely linked. From what iv'e read it's very possible to have both M.E & fibro. My gp thought i had M.E but the rheumatologist said fibro so it's just been left as that.. personaly i think it could be both for me. but will never know now i guess.
