Are any of you ladies having trouble with your body temperture. Yesterday I went ice cold my legs my feet my hands were like blocks of ice. I was dithering I was so cold, my husband got me a blanket and put the heating on. next thing I went boiling hot and had to open windows and my back door I was so hot. my husband googled the fibro symptoms. and body temperture was one of them.

Hi Kaz, i have M.E. which also gives the fibromyalgia, also though the menapause can give the same symptoms, eg going hot then cold, depending on what age you are could be either or both combined, a double whammy which isnt nice at all i know. i feel the cold very easily, it has to be hot for me to go go sleeveless and the slightest wind im shivering. i often have the heating on and any visitors sitting there huffing puffing and sighing say but mum its boiling! lol
