Bouts of bloating..

Hello all I have had a terrible month. Seems like I have done nothing but cry. I usually have more anxiety than I do depression and most of the time I can somewhat shake it off but not this time I don't know what's different. I was having symptoms of my period but so far no show. My question is do any of you have times when you feel you have been bloated forever and does your weight fluctuate?

    It's really horrible, no disrespect to those who have been pregnant, I havent, I understand why u feel uncomfortable! Lol.

    with the mood swings, brain fog, tiredness, insomnia, anxiety, aching joints etc etc im not liking being this age !!!!!

    Vitamins are helping if i didn't take them I'd probably feel even worst.yuk !!

    After reading great advice from the ladies on this site I started taking high doses of vitamin b6 for my hormones, vit b12 for energy, magnesium an hour before bed to help me relax a sleep a bit better an iron for anaemia. I felt soooo much better after taking them, I still have very bad days especially today, just wish I could do or have something to make the bloating going away !!!!!!ARHHHH.........

      Yes I hear of a lot of ladies in this forum take those exact vitamins. Thanks I was curious.

      Once the vits kicked in i felt like a new woman, managed to spring clean the house. Lol. An I am sleeping better, alot better for me.have never slept well tho.pins an needles at night in my hands an fingers is a pain. Have to hang my hand over the edge of the bed for it to stop an what with throwing the duvet off when the flushes kick in no wonder I dont sleep.lol

      I think it is carpel tunnel donna.my mum had it an she had the same pins an needles before her op !! Something to add to the list !! Lol
