BPH: bladder stones removed, 1 yr later more stones, need help...

I had a large bladder stone removed last year, since been on Rapaflo and Cialis. Several weeks ago I had blood in my urine. CT scan showed several small stones. Having to wake up 3-4 times/night and many times per day without completely emptying my bladder.
First uro wants to remove the stones and do a Button Turp.
Second uro said the first uro did not remove all the stones because it takes longer than one year for new stones to grow (is that true?). He wants to remove all the stones and then discuss all the procedures available to decrease my large prostate.
A third uro said the second uro wants to do 2 procedures for more money. Also recommended HoLep.
I am confused and appreciate recommendations.

2.5 years later (currently) have 6 one CM bladder stones.
Would it make more sense to remove stones and have a procedure ( Holep or Button Turp, for example) at the same time?
One uro wants to remove the 6 small stones and then discuss procedure options. This would require 2 general anesthesia’s. Why not do a cystoscopy in leu of only removing the stones?

I'm 73yo. Had my first bladder stone removal a number of years ago...they came back...did it again then had Urolift. Now 2 1/2 years after Urolift was getting blood in urine after hiking. Urologist looked up there and said I have about a dozen new stones and now getting those removed in a month. After that he wants to do that thing where steam kills prostate cells. When he looked up there this town he also said my prostate was shaped like a volcano around my urethreal opening. I've lost 57 pounds in the last 8 months...don't know if its that...or high testosterone levels. been getting HRT shots of 300mg for years after my testosterone level was down to 100. Last test it was up to 1625 - way high....so who knows. Just live with it and modern medical science. Glad for good medical insurance and for sites like this board that provide great information.

Did he explain why the stones can’t be removed at the same time as the steam procedure? So the patient only needs to undergo one surgery.
Two urologists said they could remove the 6 stones I have and either do Button Turp or Holep as one surgery.
Another urologist said he would take the stones out and then discuss a procedure to destroy prostate tissue in a 2nd procedure.
My prostate is too large for Urolift.
Has your Dr suggested Proscar to shrink the prostate?
