Brain fog

Hi all

Does anyone suffer with brain fog - i’m Having real issues with my memory and concentration. 

I am already taking extra vitamin b tablets but am struggling to remember what 1+1 is!

Any help would be really appreciated.

    Hi, I have a shocking memory now but sometimes I just think  it’s because I’m not always listening my mind is always concentration in how rubbish I feel, I get this pressure feeling in my temples and my head feels really tight it’s a strange feeling, also my ears feel like they are blocked I’m constantly worrying I have a brain tumour or neurological disease even though I’ve had a brain MRI a brain CT scan and a lumber puncture in the last three years! x

      Hi Caroline, me too I concentrate too how I rubbish I feel I once I had a CT scan on my head nothing so far..I got that head business to recently try ignoring it this is scary

      Thanks - I had a head scan done to and it came back clear - but I almost wanted something to be there so I could say to the doctors see I told u i’m not right 🙃

      I’ve had various other scans also but they all come back clear - feel like a hypocondriac every time I go to the doctors - feel like i live there at the moment.
