Brain fog, dizziness, vision problems, head pressure, headache PLEASE HELP

Hi everyone!
I don't know where else to go, and was hoping someone could please help me. I'll start off by saying I'm a 23 year old Caucasian female. Going on 5 months now, I have had absolutely debilitating symptoms which have hindered my daily life. I feel these symptoms every moment of every day.
It started with dizziness and a persistent brain fog. I just thought I had a bug, and tried to go on about my life. However, my symptoms have never gone away. This "brain fog" I am talking about is a feeling of complete mental confusion, I have no memory, I cannot concentrate on anything, it feels like there's a dark blanket on my brain clouding all my thoughts. I have extreme disorientation and haziness. I feel like I'm always in a dream like state.
I am constantly dizzy and feel a pulling sensation, as if I'm ready to fall over at any moment. It feels like there's air inside my head, and I'm always very lightheaded. Whenever I try to drive I feel this pulling sensation pulling me down.
Another problem I have is with my vision. I am having very blurred vision and have double vision. Everytime I look at something up close it is extremely blurry and I cannot see at all. My perception on things has completely changed. I feel like everything looks very odd and strange and I don't have the right depth perception. It's like I'm in a horrible dream like state all the time.
I have been having headaches and head pressure as well, and having horrible pains behind my eyes. The pin starts from the back of my head close to my neck and continues up my head and the sides of my temples. My eyes hurt so bad, and it feels like knives are jabbing my eyes. My head also feels extremely heavy all the time.
All these symptoms have been causing me severe anxiety, and I have been having panic attacks from them and feel like I'm dying. It is causing a strange disrespity sensation, where I feel like I'm not even here anymore and there's a detachment from myself and my body. I have had to drop all my classes at college and quit my job because these symptoms make me lay in bed all day long. I have been unable to drive for months and can barely get up to walk around. If anyone could please help me or know anything as a suggestion to try.
I have been to my general doctor, 2 ENTs, 1 neurologist, have had 2 MRIs, a hearing test, VNG, multiple blood tests, and no one knows what is wrong. I can't live like this anymore. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello I'm just wondering if this is still happening to you?
Everything you explained i am dealing with now. its been going on for 4/5 months and doctors tried to say depression but i don't feel depressed but i listened and have been on antidepressants since and don't notice a difference.
i am only 24 and have 3 young children to care for and who look up to me, and I'm struggling everyday to care for them.
I'm hoping someone can help me because i don't know what else to do.
I'm also sorry to hear you're going through this.
Thank you

My daughter who is 24 years old is having the same symptoms. last night she put a heated compress(bruder eye compress) on her eyes and avoided her phone before bed and says she is feeling a lot better.

Anxiety is a killer, that keeps on stabbing, the only way you can beat this is to kill it before it kills you.

look up binocular eye dysfunction. if you think you might have it you need a neuro opthomologist to make the diagnosis. good luck i hope this helps. if it does spread the word there is too many people suffering from this that don't have to be.

I have read all these problems that people along with myself are having. I'm
sure that there are many others that are not listed. It seems that somebody
would come out with a cure. My problem is nothing like some are having.
I feel dizzy when I walk and at one time fell on the street while getting the
mail out of the box. I did hurt my knees. At least I am able to drive, but
the problem is when I am walking. Seems like my legs want to go one way
and my head wants to go the other way. I have been to all the doctors that
everybody has but they just tell me there is nothing they can do. My stomach
stays out of order all the time

Hi hope you feel better I'm new to this forum and I don't know how to make a new topic but I hope you guys can help me
I'm a 22 year old woman I'm healthy I eat tons of veggies and healthy food and exercise regularly but I struggle with very bad anxiety , panic attacks and I'm an hypochondriac.
the thing is since I was like 12 or 13 years old when I'm for example overthinking about something or doing and thinking about a lot of things too quickly I feel this "discharge" in my head for a second and I need to close my eyes. I don't loose consciousness or anything it only lasts like one second but it's scary. I went to neurologist a couple of years ago and they did all the studies even the one with no radiation that shows images of your brain and stuff and said everything was normal.
These days I notice it when I'm using the PC for a long time lets say when I'm playing online and also reading something on my phone and thinking about stuff, all the stimulus makes me feel that nervous discharge for a second. Also sometimes when we are going in the car and i see the sunlight going fast between the trees I feel kinda dizzy and confused for a second. my aunt is a nurse she says is just overstimulation but I want another opinion please help me.

hello,
i just read your post. first let me say i am so sorry that you are going through this. my whole life as far back as o can remember i have suffered on and off with dizziness, headaches, motion sickness and sensitivity to light. i have strabismis and when i was I was in a car wreck which caused a TBI . my symptoms became worse but eventually fade back into every so often. with each one of my pregnancies they became worse and after got some what better. i am now 45 five years ago the tide changed and things got worse. each year i have gotten worse and right bow i pretty much struggle daily and can barely function. i have other medical problems so doctors have come up with many reasons for these symptoms. none of it has made me better. recently my fiance found a disorder called binocular vision dysfunction that has every one of my symptoms plus things i do that i did not know was a symptom. it took a little work but i found a dr who could diagnosis this. hes a neuro optomolgist. there is not many of them so my appointment is in Nov i made it in July. if this is in fact whats wrong with me they will put me in prism glasses and it will help with all of the symptoms and give me my life back. please check this out it sounds like what may be going on with you too.

Read up on C1-C2 joint instability. It may be the root cause of many of the symptoms described in this thread. I've had many of them for five years ( head/ ear fullness, tinnitus, sensory overload, anxiety ). Recently discovered C1-C2 instability, elongated styloid and C1 vertabrae rotated to the right. One or more of these may be the cause . There may be some compressing of vagus nerve, internal jugular vein etc. Mine started after a cervical sprain. Cell phone posture ( looking down) can also cause some of the joint laxity.
