Breaking the Ice

Twitching muscles

dodgy sight

Balance of a drunken sailor

Geriatric body

Inhabited by a much younger person

Who cares to find the character inside

Not many

How the majority judge a book by it’s cover

Ignorance, fear of the unknown.

How to pierce the hardened shell of the uninformed

A question asked by many

My answer found by accident

A puppy.

Now many chats I have on my daily saunter down the road

They know my dog by name

Yet  I am called Bailey’s mum

Better that than person unknown.

Morning Bee how are you today, dare I ask did you get any sleep. I decided to to stop up a bit later last night to see if that would help. so went to bed at 11.45 uk time. I was boiling hot so had both bedroom windows open a fan on and no quilt on me and also laid in the all the alltogeather no a nice sight. I managed to doze off only to wake up with such a fright I thought a crocodile was chaseing me, he wouldnt have to go to fast I cant run no more so what with the bad dream and boiling hot I had about just under 2hrs sleep. and didnt go back off again. on a more positive note my pain level isnt too bad so far, so with out over doing it. Im going to see If I can manage a couple of jobs. smile take care gentle hugs

      Hi Kaz

Like you I stayed up longer last night, hoping I would get a better sleep, but as it was so humid again it was impossible. I too had my bedroom windows opened. I didn't have the pains from the night before.

I had a day off work today as my son had an inset day. So both my sons and I went to our local High Street on the bus. I usually don't like the buses, as my youngest son just got his oystercard to travel, he has been pestering that we need to go on the bus. I enjoyed my trip with the boys today and with the weather being so nice it was a bonus. Just put on a load of washing outside to dry.

Tomorrow, my younger brother is doing a BBQ, so will be travelling from West London to the Midlands tomorrow morning. So be a fun weekend with family and give time away from my daily routine.

I'm not worrying too much about the lack of sleep now, cos one day I know it will be the best thing EVER!!!

Have a great weekend. wink x

      Morning Kaz

Had a great time and got home Sunday 11pm. It was less humid in Wolverhampton, but when arrived back in West London I could feel the humidity. Sleep is still poor but the pains are under control for the moment apart from both my hands.

How are your new garden plants ? Did you manage any sleep last night?

Anyway, have a good day and take in natural vit D cool x

The temperature of the weather is rising tomorrow.....so will see how one gets on???
