I have this horrid poo smell from my mouth. I brush my teeth twice a day, floss, use Dentyl PH mouthwash, I have the best oral hygeine of anyone I know but I still have this smell. I am too embarrassed to even ask my flriends or family to tell me my breath stinks. I am becoming totally reclusive because of it. Id rather go to my GP and tell him ive got an STD. I know ive got it coz sometimes people look around and ask if ive farted, and I see people with babies smelling their nappies when I speak. It really is starting to badly affect my life but I just cant pluck up the courage ot go to my GP. How on earht can i ay \"DR, My breath smells like poo!\" Please, if anyone has any tips let me know.

Hi i had the same problem for 23 years . i know exactly how bad it is to be in that situation. i promised myself once i find the cure for myself, ill spread the word. And for a month now, i finally found the answer to my problem. I tried them all but none of them really worked because im just masking the issue. first i had my dentist check any unhealthy signs in my mouth thats casuing it - nothing. Second, i went to see and ENT and told them about my halitosis and he said i have gerd, sinusitis, and post nasal drip. He prescribed me with nasal sprays and that seem to help but i also found out about dental probiotics . you can buy any brand on amazon. it worked but when i eat again, its still not as normal as i used to be. i was told i have to keep on brushing my teeth every single time i eat which is still not the solution i was looking for. then years later i just decided to live healthier. i started working out and cutting sugar on my diet. then i found the culprit. my bad breath was definitely coming from my stomach and it was the CHOCOLATES! Chocolate is considered acidic and that was the cause of my GERD and post nasal drip etc . since ive stopped eating any forms of chocolate candy, ice cream or cake it went away after a week! so i suggest getting checked first, eliminating the possible root cause and eat better. bacteria thrive on sugar. and keep a diary of what youve been eating if your issue is coming from your stomach. also, dental probiotics help keep it fresh. get it from amazon. good luck ! dont lose hope. do your research and eat healthy. see specialists. they can lead you into finding a permanent solution. all the best! 😃

Doctor to find the underlying cause? As nouk stated, it could be an acid reflux issue. It could be caused by a bacteria in your stomach called H Pylori. If left untreated, acid reflux or the bacteria could turn issues much
worse than bad breath. If you have not yet sought out medical treatment, I strongly urge you to do it. If one doctor dismisses you, seek out a second opinion because doctors are not always correct. This condition, while embarrassing, could very well be your body's way of warning you of another, more serious issue and I believe it is worth checking out.

This really is a miracle cure for so many things to do with internal health. The acidophilus will put good gut flora back into your system. I would guess you have had a lot of anti biotics or are badly constipated.
Bad breath often comes up from the inside and poo smells seems very extreme. Natural yogurt is good too, not the ones with sweeteners and starch in, just good old plain yogurt and add your own fresh fruit.
suspend the oral hygiene expense as cleaning your mouth of all bacteria can have a detrimental effect on the good stuff and the natural breakdown of odours by saliva

I had this problem for 20 years. i tried most things and at best they provided temporary relief. Anyway, i was searching around on another site and found a reference to oil pulling. I'm not going to explain it here, there are a thousand sites that tell you what this is and how to do it but basically you are swishing oil (sunflower, olive or better still coconut) around your mouth gums and through the teeth for 15-20 mins.
I was skeptical but prepared to give it a try and it worked. not a week or a month later, straight away. First use. i couldnt believe it but if you suffer with bad breath just try this. for some of you it will provide you with an instant and permanent cure.
you're welcome.
