Bulging disc c2-7, bone spurs and annular tear -

I have swelling at the very top of my back below my neck. I have pain going down my right arm and in my shoulder blades. I've had neck problems before, but not to this extent of pain. I've had 4 nerve blocks/epidural blocks since July. Has anyone experienced this? I'm on muscle relaxers and pain meds.

    I had two lumbar surgeries two years ago. So, I see my neuro for rechecks with it & my neck. I couldn't ask for a better neurologist. He does surgery as a last resort and knew that the bone spur was on the nerve causing the pain & swelling. He said there was only one way to fix it. My insurance provider is Blue Cross Blue Shield.
