I had a revision of a revision over three weeks and yes, have that bum pain also. it happens though during the night, wakes me up until eventually I have to get up - it then eases out during the day. It is so annoying. When I had the revision done first time it happened during the day when sitting....its just weird...and doctor has no answer for it !

Hopefully it will ease off for you soon, are you taking any pain relief?

im 47and had THR 3/10/21. Having some similar issues. The pain in lower butt is sometimes very bad. Ive been told its our nerves healing and it will take time but my question is how much time? Im ready to be off pain med already!

Yes! Especially after therapy days or if I over do it. I would like to know if its normal or should we be concerned?

I am nearly 4 weeks after left THR and that pain in the left bum cheek is horrendous. Apart from a physio phone call I have my first face to face physio tomorrow morning. I too want to know if this is normal. I will update tomorrow on what he says. You do panic its something wrong with the joint but hopefully just muscles and nerves healing fingers crossed. I too have like a click or clunky feel sometimes when walking or stood and swinging my leg back and forth. Weird stuff!!
