Hello H, what you have going on with your penis is very common - but just knowing that may not make you feel better about what you are dealing with.
It is good that you have had contact with a Dermatologist and a Urologist - the treatment they have given you is linked to the possibility that the problem you have now was either caused by, or is being made considerably worse by sexual activity that you have engaged in - this is why tests for STI, HSV and Chlamydia were conducted.
What you need to do is use the medication that you currently have be given from the Urologist in the way in which you have been directed to use it. You may not get instant results so you need to be patient and see if things change for the better in time.
If you have been directed to go back and see the Urologist again you must do this as continuity of treatment is very important. This is particularly the case because you may have had a skin disorder or condition present before you noticed the symptoms - that is, the changes in the skin of the head of your penis that you can see now.
With the help of the Medical Professionals you have already had contact with they will help you find the best solution to what you have ....

Urologists prescribed doxycycline 100 for 10 days but I have tried to times to take these medications. I got side effects like acid reflux, and blood in poo. I had read somewhere about these side effects are very serious of doxycycline. What to do, stop course and change doctor.

If you have not contacted the Urologist already you need to inform them of the severe reactions you have had to this medication. I would suggest you give the same Urologist another try at getting you on the right medication .....

Have you done bacterial and fungal swab test?
If your STD test are negative you can rule them out, but it is possible that you have bacterial or fungal infection, and in cases of bacteria wrong treatments can make it worse, same for example if it is fungal and you receive antibiotics.

What Mikael is explaning is that you do not have the correct treatment in place for the ACTUAL condition you have. What you must do is take the full course of antibiotics that you have been given as often symptoms can seem to worsen before the full effects of the treatment begin to work.
If you are having rashes and a white discharge you may well need a different medication for that in addition to what medication you have now. You need to achieve consistency with the Medical Professionals that are trying to cure the issues that you have with your penis - so go back to the last Doctor that you have seen and inform then that you have additional symptoms .....

The most important thing for you to do is to establish and continue a good working relationship with a Medical Professional who you feel you can trust.
Your part of such a relationship is carry out the recomendations and any medications that Medical Professional has given you.
So, if this is the Urologist that you have just seen you MUST carry out what they have said to you - you must also give the medication that you have just been given the opportunity to have a beneficial impact. If you have issues with the medication you need to advise the Medical Professional who has prescribed this to you and they re-assess what is happening and the subsequent medication you may need as a consequence ......

And these are talking today.. Discharge and infections seems heal now after 20 days of antibiotics treatment. But seems some kind of lessons appear now on the glans. I am not sure these are lessons or just dry skin. Becase
