Burning sensation when Peeing and sometimes when Masturbating (STD Tests Came Negative)

I am from Bangladesh. I am sexually inactive but I had a sexual encounter around 1.5 months ago. I received an oral sex from a masseuse without protection followed by lube massage on penis. After the incident I got back home and after a day I started feeling a burning sensation on my penis and feeling unusual (can't express in words) when I put my hand on penis. I waited for two weeks and got tested for all STDs and all tests came back negative. But the sensation remained and after 4 weeks of the encounter I went to a renounced Venereologist in one of our top hospitals who gave me all sort of tests and all came back negative and he concluded that I don't have any STDs or STIs. He gave me a 10 day course of Doxycycline just to be safe and Visceralgine. The burning sensation went down, but when I stopped Visceralgine it came back again, and it feels tingly or unusual or sensitive (I can't express in words) when I touch the surface of the Penis head area. I have attached a photo of the penis. My doctor did had a look onto it but he couldn't find anything unusual. I am just panicked at this point on what I should be doing next to resolve this. I am not sure what causing this issue. Is it yeast infection or eczema or Seborrheic dermatitis type something? Please suggest me something low risk topical or oral anti-fungal if you think will help or any suggestions to improve condition.

List of tests I did:

STDs Gonorrhea, Chlymadia, Herpes Urine PCR, Cytomegalo,

VDRL

Aerobic C/S prostatic smear

Aerobic Urine C/S

Twice, after 2 and 4 weeks, Herpes I tested after two weeks.

Factors:

Age: 32 Years

Weight: 73KG

Drink around 1-2 liters of water a day

Peeing urge 3-5 times a day

From childhood a drop or two always came out after I pee'd

Around 15 years back I started feeling burning sensation from time to time, rarely, it came and go. This time it's more frequent.

    Update:

Burning sensation is gone. And the feeling over my Penis Glan area is almost gone as well. It seems the sensation on glan area is internal, I don't actually have anything on that area. Here is what I did:

    • Used coconut oil on penis twice. Not recommended for people as Coconut oil can sometimes contribute towards growth of certain type of Fungus.
    • Reduced masturbating to once a day/two
    • Stopped using soap/body washer on penis head. Gently cleaned penis body area using AXE cool body wash for Men, but did not put it on Penis Glan Area. I think this helped me the most.
    • Drank plenty of fluid, 2+ Liters of Water everyday
    • Had Garlic 2 cloves everyday, cut into small pieces, drank directly via water
    • Visceralgine helped a lot. It helps to reduce muscle spasm, my doc had asked me to continue until it goes away I continued it for three weeks and for last two weeks there is no sensation so far.

Remark: I have a gut it might show up again, but doesn't feel like it's something serious. Most prolly it's due to spasm on Prostate area which causes similar symptoms I had. Visceralgine working indicates it has a spasm.
