Burning sensation when Peeing and sometimes when Masturbating (STD Tests Came Negative)

I am from Bangladesh. I am sexually inactive but I had a sexual encounter around 1.5 months ago. I received an oral sex from a masseuse without protection followed by lube massage on penis. After the incident I got back home and after a day I started feeling a burning sensation on my penis and feeling unusual (can't express in words) when I put my hand on penis. I waited for two weeks and got tested for all STDs and all tests came back negative. But the sensation remained and after 4 weeks of the encounter I went to a renounced Venereologist in one of our top hospitals who gave me all sort of tests and all came back negative and he concluded that I don't have any STDs or STIs. He gave me a 10 day course of Doxycycline just to be safe and Visceralgine. The burning sensation went down, but when I stopped Visceralgine it came back again, and it feels tingly or unusual or sensitive (I can't express in words) when I touch the surface of the Penis head area. I have attached a photo of the penis. My doctor did had a look onto it but he couldn't find anything unusual. I am just panicked at this point on what I should be doing next to resolve this. I am not sure what causing this issue. Is it yeast infection or eczema or Seborrheic dermatitis type something? Please suggest me something low risk topical or oral anti-fungal if you think will help or any suggestions to improve condition.
List of tests I did:
STDs Gonorrhea, Chlymadia, Herpes Urine PCR, Cytomegalo,
VDRL
Aerobic C/S prostatic smear
Aerobic Urine C/S
Twice, after 2 and 4 weeks, Herpes I tested after two weeks.
Factors:
Age: 32 Years
Weight: 73KG
Drink around 1-2 liters of water a day
Peeing urge 3-5 times a day
From childhood a drop or two always came out after I pee'd
Around 15 years back I started feeling burning sensation from time to time, rarely, it came and go. This time it's more frequent.

The medical professionals you have been dealing with are the only people who can help sort this out for you .....

I agree, they have concluded, I don't have any STDs or dermatitis sort of thing. Perhaps its time I consult with a Urologist. But I have been going on with this for quite a while and want to get rid of this situation ASAP.

Purely in terms of the appearance of the skin on the head / glans of your penis this is due to long-term exposure to soap, shower gel and any other form of body wash.
If you also have been circumcised to any degree the skin will also be drier anyway because of this. The only thing you can do is wash your penis with water only rubbing with the inside of your hand to clean. It will take years of doing this for the skin to re-gain its natural smooth appearance ......

Yes, I have been using soap, shower gels for a long period of time. I will follow this instruction to was using water carefully. And I also feel that the burning sensation is internal cause, maybe spasm of some sort, which is also causing the sensation. My Urine Culture test came in, it's Negative, no pathogen detected, My urologist suggested drinking more water and Venereologist asked me to continue Visceralgine. Would suggest Anti Fungal Topical or Oral to give a try? Or should I wait it out as the doctors are saying.

The Medical professionals you are dealing with should have the best handle on what your personal circumstances are, it is best to follow what they are suggesting to you ....

At this point they are suggesting nothing is wrong. But there is a sensation and the tingly feeling over glan area comes and goes from time to time. I saw on this thread that some people have been experiencing this type of symptom for a year: https://patient.info/forums/discuss/blotchy-red-rash-irritated-skin-on-penile-head-lasted-for-over-3-moths-now--546688

What you need to do is separate out the things that you have: i.) the appearance of the skin on the head of your penis; ii.) the feelings you have within your penis, such as when you say " there is a sensation and the tingly feeling over glan area comes and goes from time to time " - this is related to the blood flow reaching your penis, and the flow of the blood within the penis itself, in addition, your nervous system is giving you information and you are locating these sensations within your penis, but this can also be linked to what is happening elsewhere in your body.
So for example, if you have a desk based job and you sit in a particular position for a number of hours a day, or, if you do sports training of any kind and you put a great deal of strain or effort on certain muscles in the body this can impact on the nervous system, and of course this means the feelings you have withing your penis can originate from things happening elsewhere to your body. These are simply examples, your personal bodily experiences are particular to you .....

Hi
I don't think there is anything wrong with the skin on your glans. it looks completely normal. im not saying you dont have a a problem but the skin on your glans looks normal. perhaps test for herpes just to clear any doubts

I also think the same way. Thank you so much for your reply. I tested negative HSV-2 after two weeks of exposure, also I went to doctor after 4 weeks, and he did all sort of tests, not herpes directly and after the test he concluded this has nothing to do with STIs. I asked him specific that is there is a chance that the disease is dormant and he said, I should be fine. Just for discussion do you think it would be a good idea to use some antifungal cream? There is a sensation over the penial head area which might be due to some sort of Urine infection. Thanks again for your response, Perhaps I should consult with a Urologist.

it is normal to have some irritation burning in the urethra after sex and masturbation as the lining of the urethra becomes irritated it should not be persistent and only when urinating after sex etc and not when urinating all the time

applying antifungal cream will not rid u of a urinary tract infection u would need to ask a doctor to dip test your urine which would detect if u had any infection there usually with a uti u get burning everytime u go for a pee also it can make ur wee smell funky
