Can Anyone Relate?

I've posted quite a bit on here about my health/anxiety. I wanted to just list my current symptoms and situation and see if anyone feels like me:
Havey/weak arms and legs
Fatigued
Foot cramps
Burning in stomach and chest
Going to the bathroom a lot (both)
Taste of acid in mouth
Shaking hands and legs
Joint pain
Muscle pain
Dry eyes
Light headed/feeling like I'm not grounded
Feeling like my limbs are floating
No apetite
Hard time sleeping without Benadryl
Feeling off
Hard times getting deep breath
Extreme panic especially in the morning and at night
Feeling like parts of my body are made of anxiety (don't know how else to explain it)
So far I've had a throat ultrasound (nothing), 2 trips to ER over heart issues (xrays and ekgs found nothing), echo (nothing), and several simple exams by my regular doctor (reflexes, eyes, ears, muscle strength). I feel like I'm going totally insane. My doctor said it has to be anxiety. In a way I feel like I need an MRI to be sure but at the same time maybe that's just a waste. Maybe I just need to accept that it's anxiety. But at the same time I feel like something else is going on. Idk what to do. I started seeing a therapist this week but Idt I like her so I'm going to have to switch. Just another stressor to add.

I have anxiety and going through the peri at the moment so some of your symptoms relate to my anxiety and some to the peri menopause so days I am so light headed I think I'm going to lose my balance so you should give your therapist another session I guess I struck lucky mines been so good and supportive and as cia has said read through the posts these are genuine people who have gone through the same experience also if you can change your doctor to someone a little one more understanding

Welcome back, Mandie.
Looks like things haven't changed, then.
So, you've myriad tests done and they were all normal. That's good.
You made a conscious decision to change therapists - also good.
Your doctor knows that you don't need an MRI which is why an MRI hasn't been ordered.
You said that 'maybe you should just acccept that it's anxiety'.
I believe you should now face up to anxiety and tell it to get lost. I'm no expert, but CBT and some anti-anxiety meds will jelp.
Please come back here so that you know there's an area of support around you..Doctor will already checked you for mononucleosis when other bloods were drawn, so you haven't got that, either.
You have HEALTH ANXIETY DISORDER. Anti-anxiety meds and CBT are the ways forward with this.
LOVE tess xx

You seem to have been through interesting times with all your tests it must have been worrying to have so much going on.
Personally feel it must be anxiety and all I can really suggest is Relaxation Technique. There are three different ones to try The Alexander Technique, The Maxwell Technique and Mindfulness, the last one is more a lifestyle and it seems to work well if someone is stressed. Talk to your GP He can possibly arrange a course for you or if you prefer there are booklets explaining the technique so you can experement in your own time
