Yeah that sounds like me. You can also watch for weird skin Sensations. I started HRT on my 45th birthday 4.5 weeks ago. For the most part it has been quite good. Fatigue and sleep dramatically improved. Pounding heart and digestive symptoms also. I no longer have indigestion 24hrs a day. Other things are coming and going.

I said to my GP you can give me 10 different drugs to get past all these different problems, or we could try HRT and see if they all go away. My periods are also wonky and much closer together on average than they were a year ago. I took a load of evidence with me. I encourage you to use the balance app to track your symptoms and log when your periods are and for how long. My GP was impressed by my evidence gathering.

that's great will try the balance app as Louise Newson was on Lorraine talking about how her GP failed her

I live in Australia so get different ones over here but I am trying estrogen patches at the moment and micronised progesterone capsules.

      Best of luck!

ok....I've got lumps in my breasts and armpit and my breast consultant advised me against HRT....such conflicting advise as the menopause specialist advises it as you'll develop heart disease, dementia and other illnesses if you don't take HRT

if i was you i would report that so called specialist for scare mongering (like we need more anxiety!) plus like i said in previous post studies on hrt are all on menopause and post menopause, i wouldnt want to take anything that wasnt studied personally, i also have lumpy breasts i had to have a deep tissue biopsy and they put a metal clip in, the breast specialist has been the only doctor i have seen that was awesome x
