Cervical vertigo

Recently, I finally got into a P.T. For what I thought was BPPV. During my visit she couldn't find any traditional symptoms to support that.
She had me doing other tests involving my neck. Low and behold the light went on. I've been suffering a lot of issues due to my neck.
Now since doing exercises for my neck, I'm feeling pretty darn good. Anyone else have this prognosis? Thanks in advance.

I've only viewed one video so far and that simply was a PT demonstrating how cervical vertigo is possibly diagnosed. I was given an exercise specifically for me from my PT.
Sorry I can't be of more help.

Each one of us has a slightly different twist on what works. Something great for one person might only work a little bit for another. We all need to research our own symptoms and test whether the diagnosis we get from the professionals fits our own personal situation. Everyone gathers information from different sources, and has something to contribute, that is why I came to this forum.
I completely understand your issue with costs. I have paid so much money to so many that just didn't know and found that they just seem to go through routines to get a diagnosis going. You know like "going through the motions" but they don't really follow through to see if we get the problem fixed. But in every case, it cost me money.
The ENT was really only interested in giving me the Eply and then selling me a hearing aid. The Neurologist liked giving orders for tests, so she had me get blood work done, have my blood pressure brought down, get an MRI, have a CAT SCAN W / contrast, and even get a sleep study done.
I went to a PT unit in a hospital that does a lot of other PT besides "Vertigo". They were NOT specialists in "Vertigo" and so it was really a gamble, but I paid for it, not just with money, but I lost 2 1/2 months. They tried so many different things I couldn't possibly tell you all of them. I did Eply type maneuvers and a whole lot of other things that eventually didn't seem to work. The only reason I was progressing was because I was spending time.
So, please, carefully research your own situation. Google everything you hear about and ask a lot of questions when you do actually have to pay someone. Extract as much as you can from all of us on this forum. I know I have learned a lot doing exactly that and I am very grateful to all on here for the help.
Good luck, I wish you great progress.
Ben
