    Hi Mags,

I think PURE cranberry juice is helpful for sensitive bladders.  In fact, when I had a UTI recently the Dr. asked  if I had tried it before coming to him.  I had but think it was a bit late.  Now I drink only about a cup a week.  I dilute it and swallow it quickly with a tastier follow up because it is very bitter.

My dear Mum was on antibiotics every couple of weeks for bladder infections until we started her on cranberry capsules every day and she never had another one.  If it makes for a healthy bladder it might be worth a try.

Take care and have fun with Rory😇.

Yes, I used to drink a cranberry juice in a small shot glass.

But then I went on warfarin and cranberry is a no no, so I went back to bicarb.

      Hi Diana,

I will give it a go, last time i had it i eat lots of fresh aspargus and that seemed to do it but this time it has not, but i was not taking VitC and D then, and wondered if that was the reason.

Saw Rory hes lovely there have been some problems, but hopefullyalls ok, just waiting for some more blood tests, his weight is getting better so fingers crossed.

      Take care hugs. xMags
