Chlamydia Treatment

Posted , 4 users are following.

I tested positive for chlamydia and started treatment. Doctor gave me a 1 day dose of antibiotics which I took Tuesday. I just wanted to know when will the vaginal pain stop? should I be worried it hasn't stopped by now? must I go back to the doctor or wait for week to pass to see if the antibiotics has worked. I stopped having sex immediately infact I haven't seen my boyfriend yet because I'm p****d he gave me this

I had chlamydia too. After some time the pain will pass. I also suggest you take vaginal pills to avoid a yeast infection. Trust me, you'll need it. Also, my boyfriend gave it to me too. I was pretty angry at him, but you need to talk to him, really

One question though, isn't someone supposed to take the antibiotics for a week? I've never heard of a 1day antibiotic dose

I got a cream for the yeast. are pills more effective? by what time should I worry if the pain hasn't gone away?

Sorry you mean oral pills for yeast infection? not the insert at the vagina pills?

Oh, I understand. I mean the ones you insert in your vagina (lactic acid tablets). Wait like 3 days and let's see.
