Citalopram upped to 30mg day 6 .

i have posted many times over the last year regarding citalopram . I settled on 20mg for a while then anxiety came back , knotted stomach and lots of stomach pain . spoke to GP on phone and one doc recommended upping to 40mg . It was awful , Went back to G.P who upped me to 30mg . I've been taking it for 6 days , my legs are tingly and weak and my head has become foggy again , any advise would be appreciated , Thankyou xx

    Like Lorraine said best to get to a dr, it's hard if your got all thoughts and hard to turn them off.

      I'm sleeping ok thanks to the mirtazapine . My anxiety has definately shot up since the increase in dose , really hoping it settles I feel as if I'm being frightened unless I'm asleep x

      Did your side effects start day one of med increase? I took my first dose without much issue, So I'm kinda hoping it stays that way.....

      My anxiety was bad which is why i increased but foggy head got bad from day one of increase and anxiety has got worse iver this 7 days x

      Anxiety came back that's why they put me up to 30 , now I'm tingling and blurred vision , confused , achey ...... feel like throwing the towel in

    Hi Gary. i was just wondering how you are feeling now? Did you stick with Citalopram? i increased to 30mg 8 days ago and feel terrible. Just need to know it gets better! Thanks xx

    I am getting those tingly feelings on 20, and thinking of going up to 30.
