First two weeks are rotten. Sweats, palpatations, stomach pain, headaches.... But then it all settles down and there's no more after that. It takes the edge off everything. Certainly helped me but be prepared for the start! I wish someone had told me this!

I took this last year after my husband died. Its great . Zero negative side affects. I want to start taking it again but i dont have insurance now. Just started menopause a few months ago and know it would really help. Hope it works for you!

hi angela.. we have no insurance either... we use GOODrx for discount prescriptions and boy does it help.. its free to sign up and many places take it... i checked and with the goodrx card citilopram ranges from 6.00 to 14.00 dollars depending on what pharmacy you use... just a fyi in case you are interested... there are also other discount cards (companies) you can choose from.. just google and you will find them.. it has helped us so much... hugs and take care ❤

I'm on 20gm, did not have side effects as described above. Quickly reduced SOME of my symptoms. Helped enormously with memory, anxiety, mood swings IRRITABILITY. Tried reducing dosage but quickly noticed I turned back into a Pysch. Couldn't stand my husband even patting me! A have a colleague who is on 100 gms!
