Clitoris crusty sore bumps

Hi, sorry for the gross title ;-)

Thats what I have. Crusting over at the hood of the the clitoris and it's unbelievably sore (affects how much I move around as any friction hurts). Is that normal with LS? Also, my lady garden is mostly pale with some white around the edges (edges are also thickened/ leathery). Soooo itchy, can't help scratching which akes it even more sore. Is all that normal for LS? I've resisted going the steroid cream route till now bt think I might cave as so uncomfortable. Been prescribed clob. Any advice appreciated

    My reply to you was deleted for some reason Bindey (and also your question to me asking about the woman who healed herself). Sorry... I wasn't ignoring you! Seems daft to me why it was deleted!!? I said I was looking at emotional causes of illness, which to me is fair enough! I think the physical body is very much linked to my thoughts. I'm aware that I have a lot of guilt around femininity and am currently doing a lot of release work (visualising letting go of anger etc) and I have to say the whole area does feel better/ less sore and itchy. Have also been working with a healer. Still using the clob but less so.
