Cold

Do any of you have times when you are freezing when it's not really even cold. I have been having these daily and it seems they happen then a few hours later, I have a gush and clots.

When I first started menopause I’d get super cold then get all bundled up only to have a hot flash follow and have to strip everything off!  This part is much better.  Now I’m getting the annoying balance/ dizzy issues.  These scare me to the point of panic.

I have the cold moments sometimes.  It’s really weird to have them in summer!

YES! I'm now either sweating or freezing. No in between hardly ever. Stopped menstruating last October. It's just gotten worse since then, and I FINALLY realized it's peri. Several years now. VERY bad anxiety! Every day dizziness. It's a struggle. I can't even drive most days. Insomnia, night mares. The list goes on...😒

Yes, all the time! I am 45 and my ridiculously heavy periods (ended up in A&E last week because of a really bad episode of uncontrolled gushing and huge clots) suggest I am in peri but I don't think I have ever had a hot flush. I am constantly cold and keep shutting windows, have a blanket on me all the time and people often comment on this. I would also get absolutely freezing after I'd been exercising and I have sat down for a bit.

I don't know or haven't noticed this to be linked to the gushing and clots though. How long have you been having these and how do you cope with them? This is my main symptom at the moment, I have been referred to a specialist (again) and just can't cope with it anymore, especially with work and all that. Can't wait until this all ends!
