Cold shivers

Does anyone get cold shivers throughput the day, especially in the morning? I wake up with anxiety every morning around the same time which is between 6 and 7,am, then followed with the cold shivers in my arms and legs. My feet actually feel cold to the touch. I have the electric heater on by my bed. It usually goes after a few hrs or so. Then comes back around 2 pm. And 6 pm. Then after 6 pm I usually have no symptons.
For some reason it's lasting longer this morning.
Just want to be sure if this could be part of peri
Sometimes I do get the hot flushes afterward but not as long as the cold chills. This peri has affected my quality of life. It's a daily thing for the past month or so. It is getting to the point of depression. My husband asked me the other day. When is this suppose to end? A question I can't answer but I pray real soon.

Hi,
I'm so glad I found this platform.
I felt same exactly for like 3weeks now, I fell like I want to pass out breathing hard to sustain my self, something like moving in my stomach, shivering from inside, anxiety, hot sensation from my legs to my neck, my two breast , dizziness, tiredness, I think all these are associated with menopause?
I'm in my early 40s.
Please I need a reply.
Thank you

Hello,
I have been having chills also mostly at nights normally last 2-3hrs with breaks in between and keeps me awake. Accompanying the chills are weakness, weird/ blazing feeling at the back of my lower head upper neck.
I feel sort of a lightness in my head when it stops, and neck will stop blazing too.
This feeling is very worrisome.
I feel more sensitive to cold also, my fingers and toes gets really cold.
Added to those are many more to many to mention intermittent symptoms including- shortness of breath, (i feel like i am not as strong or fit anymore), palpitations, tightness in the throat, dizziness, fatigue, insomnia, randomly sticking pains on random body parts.
Pain in shoulder blades, feel it on my right when eating spicy food, which I now cut.
I would like to know if anyone has blood pressure spikes when feeling the anxiety.
And thank you all for sharing and helping to ease the worries.
