Concerned I have Long QT

My Grandmother died at the age of 45 & all i have been told is that it was a heart attack which was recorded on her death cert. Around 2006 I was given an ECG before starting some medication. The doctor at the time said I had a raised QTC of 440m/s. I saw a cardiologist who said this was borderline & not to be concerned. A few years later I had another ECG & the QTC was 460m/s. At the time I was very concerned & began Googling long QT but once again I was told by my cardiologist that it was nothing to worry about. Fast forward a few months ago & I lost my Father from Lung Cancer after watching him suffer I developed palpitations so I had another ECG but was told everything was normal & it could be anxiety. Yesterday I was exercising for 2 hours & began to feel lightheaded & the very anxious. The palpitations started again but this time I felt slightly breathless so I went to ER & they did another ECG which was said to be very normal & blood work which was also normal however, it showed up dehydration. I do not know what the current QTC reading was. I understand that the correction formula sometimes can be unreliable at high heart rates & I believe my heart rate on the ECG in 2006 was approx 89 BPM.

I am absolutely terrified that I have long QT & that could be what my Grandmother died from. I am awaiting an appointment to have a 24 Holter monitor.

Any advice please?
