hi, I am having the same problem for last 2 months, It started with just frequent urination but now constant feeling in penis just after i urinate.
It mainly starts in the morning after i urinate as is urinating itself irritates it.
I can sleep fine at night and i am fine in the morning until i go to urinate and its starts again that feeling to go.
Has anyone found any solution to this? I got ultrasound done and it all came back fine. Urologist said that forget about and it will heal on its own.
Someone mentioned in the group that they had exactly same symptoms where it starts after they go to urinate in the morning. Would be greatful if someone get give me a solution thanks

Hi, I'm in the same boat. Maybe it was my post you were referring too.
My symptoms are Cold/wet feeling in my groin, penis or head of penis. Feels like I need to pee (sometimes I do pee, sometimes I don't), when I do pee it feels like the penis tip is wet after, even though it's dry. Being on my feet seems to help, working out, laying down flat at night or taking a bath. I'll have days where it's gone and I think the ordeal is over, only for it to return.
Biggest triggers seem to be sitting at my desk, sitting in my car, or sitting on a particular couch at home. All of these surfaces are hardish. Although, I've been at a restaurant sitting at the bar and not had any symptoms even though the surface is hard, I'm sitting on etc.
I also notice if I squat down all the way I can start to feel the symptoms so something is definitely triggering it. I've sometimes thought my belly seems bloated or there's a sensation of fullness in my belly/bladder while I'm experiencing symptoms. As if my bladder is full and sending “i need to pee” signals to my penis head.
Very confusing. I go back and forth on “it’s all in my head/it's prostate/it's pelvic floor issues/damaged nerve” but so far no answers medically. Doctors seem to be useless when it comes to these symptoms. Strange considering how specific the symptoms are??
Curious how you are doing, and looking for some kind of support group in the world. Hoping someone one day has the answer and after they figure it out they will come on here and share the solution.
The other weird symptom that started the same time as my penis sensation are these body zaps (sensations like cold water splashes or electrical zaps that I feel in various random places on my body) - this is what makes me think it's nerve related. It all started after I had an accident gripping my penis too hard during sex (don't ask) and i felt three electrical shocks in my penis shaft when i ejaculated. Next day I woke up with all the above symptoms and I'm still here two years later. Matters got confused for me because I was awaiting urology results for an unrelated thing, and the doctor had told me two months before my injury that he thought my prostate felt a little boggy which is usually a sign of prostatitis. So now everything is a mess.. Did I really have prostatitis, did I really damage my peen, are they related, or is this all in my head, a big coincidence, or completely unrelated.
I've recently been doing pelvic floor exercises (a video on youtube) - its for pelvic floor pain which I dont have and pain, but i do think its been helping my body zaps, they have reduced a lot since starting the exercises, but I'm still getting my penis sensations of needing to pee and cold/wet feeling penis. Yesterday I noticed that my groin was really sweaty after sitting at my desk for a little while and I started wondering if that was what I was feeling and getting myself all confused.
So sorry I'm no help, but all I can say is it all feels very real, it seems to be happening to a lot of us in various ways, and no one seems to have an answer. So if you DO get any positive results please please share with us. Thanks 😃

I had the same problem for a few weeks. Finally passed. You guys have a chunk of baby batter stuck in your urethra. Mine passed and everything's good now. Also, stop spanking it. Your body is temporary. Your soul is forever.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION:
I read all the threads and can confirm that I went through this experience and finally am here to write about and how it ended. It took 5 months to clear itself. I was feeling the 'wet head' and need to pee constantly during the day but nothing during the night. In the first weeks/months it was a nightmare but one has to be strong. I visited three uroligists and did all possible tests: Prostate MRI, Lumber MRI, CT Scans, Blood Analysis, Urine Analysis etc etc and all came back negative.
Once it was clear that I had nothing malignant besides the fact that my prostate was mildly enlarged and that I had two small ulcers in the penal urethera.
What I believe helped me the most were two things:
a) I had pelvic floor muscle massage. This is done by a special physiotherapist through the rectum. My pelvic floor muscles were all tense and tangled up and possibly pressing on the bladder and irritating the bladder. The first session was a little painful but once the muscles straighten out you feel nothing.
b) I followed a recommendatiom I found on this site I everytime I peed when at home I had a plastic cup which I filled with warm water (as warm as possible but not scalding) and I used to dip the penis head for 60 seconds. I believe this kills any bacteria/viruses and also over sensitises the nerve endings so that the nerves are re-trained/reset and finally stop feeling the 'wet penis' and need to pee sensation.
I had visited also a chiropractor for around 4 sessions but I do not believe this had any effect.
Good luck to all and please do not give up. It is terrible not knowing what one has and the sensation is very depressing but please do not give up.

not sure if this will help anyone else but what i found that helps me is lightly massaging the front right and back right side of the penis head and this seems to relieve the sensation for me

what i have found that to reduce symptoms
1 abstain from masturbation
2 morning and night using a hot(not buring) container of water to put you parts in for a few mins
3 going to bed eariler ( i think a few of us are loosing a fair bit of sleep and we need to try make it up)
4 being more active, just do some body weight exercise at home where you can feel comfortable
i hope this helps

so i have been having these same feeling off and on for 3 years now. started in October of 2020 while on vacation. Have had numerous tests. All my urine tests are negative, cystoscopy great. A little progression in prostate enlargement but nothing to cause problems yet. M urologist after all my test diagnosed me with Interstitial cystitis. My symptoms are definitely consistent with it except i do not have severe pelvic pain just severe urgency and pressure and burning in urethra and penis head. Please someone let me know if they had received a different diagnoses and were able to treat issue.

I've managed to Subside this horrible feeling somehow by itching at my penis a couple of moments before ejaculating. What also helps is applying small pressure on the nerve that seems to be causing the sensation. You will feel the same tickle that you would feel as when you masturbate and it will ease of the sensation

Hi everyone,
I know this is a very old thread but it is the first time I have seen something that matches how I'm feeling so accurately.
A little bit about my situation - I'm a 28 year old man who has suffered with similar symptoms to all of you from around December 2022. They seemingly started out of nowhere and have been the bane of my life since! I originally believed they were bowel related as I have struggled with bowel issues since a bout of food poisoning in 2017, but have increasingly been told they are more prostate related.
The urology consultant I am seeing is currently going down the route of prostatitis and I have tried three lots of antibiotics so far this year, and about to go on to a fourth lot in a weeks time after I do a semen sample which I am hoping may show up some kind of bacterial infection that can be treated.
I am just wondering if anyone has had any firm improvements from any of the treatments mentioned here. I have read through the entire thread but just wanted to see if there were any new updates? I have ordered d-mannose and some cranberry supplements to try and flush out my system, but just wanted to see if there was anything else.
Really appreciate finding this forum as I have struggled mentally with this for a long time - would not wish this on any else but also glad to find it is not just me!

hi im a 17 year old who used to have UTI ive been on a catheter to clear it all up, then for a week i was all good i peed normally and everything but after that i started having the same symptom of constant urge to pee on the tip of the penis and when i check inside i see liquid i feel like a little amount stayed but first that was not the case i had struggle in peeing iswell i went doctors all tests are clear ultrasound clear cystoscopy clear ive been suffering from this for over a year now and im only 17 its effecting me not only physically but mentally and doctors are not finding anything to do about it its like a condition that isnt found yet which makes it more sad wish we all knew the case and atleast had a proper treatment hoping for all of us to get better but from what i can see here is we all had these symptoms from something else atleast a few of us doctor suspected its a OAB which i dont rhin it is but im giving the pill betmiga a try 25MG 1 a day i can say i did notice a little bit of improvement but it still isnt enough cause it sometimes feels better sometimes comes back its sad that even doctors cant find the right solution for this and its a hard process and im scared bec from what i was reading alot of people suffered with this problem for more then 4-5 years but im thinking it is something to do with nerves, muscles, masterbation not only that ive noticed when i get an erection it isnt fully hard but stays some what soft and i couldnt get erected for 2 weeks now along the problem im suspecting an ED also (Ed can be cured) whats more depressing is the constant pee needing pressure on the tip that doctors cant diagnose & find the issue and atleast give u a 100% treatment or surgery for it, when u type on google what it can be it says prostatitis or intertitial cystitis but those came our clear for me even tho i have the symptoms still i dont have any kidney problems,no uti, nothing. im suspicious that it might be related to digestive problem since i struggle eating and i puke(but this hasnt happend for 2-3 days shockingly) im still reccommending all of us to get a gastro check up to check up our digestive systems wish you all a recovery for most of you its been very hard years this issues worst psrt is mentality people can have thoughts of su!c*de please do not give up on hopes for me i was mentally dead because after having catheter up me for uti i was all good and healthy for a week but then these symptoms started and no one can know the problem. its really sad especially for young teens if they experience this hoping for a 100% cure its hard for almost every human to experience a feeling that is discompfy and normal from the insides of your body especially when you know somethings wrong but they cant find it,but guys try to take away the bad thoughts ik this is so hard for people who had the symptoms for several years u feel hopeless i used to love the taste of water especially to drink it i used to drink alot and because of this problem i limitted myself and i go toilet so frequently even when taking betmiga(its only been 4 days of taking it it is for oab treatment which the doctor has thoughts of it being but from what i red for some people it was the same case but turned out to be false) ive heared you should stay away from energy drinks & coffee bec it makes the symptoms worst but thats so hard for me as an early teenager, after finding this website i had hopes that i'll get better but its just all of us complaining abt the symptoms and sharing what we are doing to try heal it ive been reading 2-3 messages of some people saying it has gone on its own after some time & i hope that will be the case for all of us, at first i thought i was the only one with this but apparently its alot of people suffering from it i know mine happend after my catheter surgery and UTI mysteriously after a week if i went to the doctors earlier back in the day or never masterbated plenty in the first place i wouldve probably been perfectly fine rn which thinking of that makes someone mentally dead even more.

This is a long shot, I have issues with OAB. I get relief by taking FloMax or Alfuzosin, on an as needed basis. It relaxes all the smooth muscles in that area.
Its worth a try to see if it gives you any relief.

the worst part about these symptoms is it effects you mentally, because u dont know if it will ever get solved, all my tests are coming out clear doctors are so confused im using betmiga rn its been 4-5 days of usage and doctors arent even sure if its oab if they had a 100% i would be in relief what stresses me more is i wanna end myself but i still have long years & hopes i just wanna be normal again i wish someone could just heal me.

When I have OAB symptoms, yes,I get the urge to go the bathroom, but yet, I cannot go it's very irritating. the urge extends out to the end of my penis.
Like I said earlier , Flomax or something that relaxes those muscles in that area, for me, helps with those symptoms.
