I am having Botox on the bladder to relive the frequency & urgency. This is the only way to help you for your bladder . Look in You Tube, there are many videos regarding Botox on the bladder. Good luck! The best guy in the world for this procedure is Dr. David Ginsberg in the US. You might google him and ask him questions! Good Luck!

So first of all, my apologies already in advance, English is not my first language. Here's my sad story. I am a 35-year-old male. Some four years ago I was diagnosed with testicular cancer. Luckily all that was needed to help me with my condition was an orchiectomy (i.e. one testicle was removed). During these past four years I have occasionally suffered from some sort of odd nerve pain on one side of my body; upper and lower back as well as groin area, but apart from that I've been quite fine. Last (2019) december I started suffering from a constant pressure around my bladder area. In addition I noticed that my urine smelled weird, my penis was constantly cold as a block of ice and occasionally I would get these stinging sensations in my penis as if I was about to wet my pants. It was first suspected that I have prostatitis and it was treated as such. And indeed, antibiotics seemed to relieve some of the symptoms. The weird smell disappeared and the sensation of pressure around the bladder area seemed to get better. Moreover, the prostate showed signs of a previous inflammation. But what I ended up with instead was this constant feeling at the tip of my penis of having to urinate. Moreover, my penis is still constantly cold, one can clearly feel it even by hand. When I urinate, it feels like my bladder does not empty entirely (in fact this was confirmed by an ultrasound). Even if I have not had anything to drink, after some time I need to urinate again. After urinating the tip of the penis feels wet as if there is some overflow. I've noticed that my body positions have some part in this; if I sit, it feels worse compared to standing up and moving. However, urinating is much easier sitting down. Throughout the process I have also tried just about every possible medication imaginable. In addition to the ultrasound I have had blood tests, an MRI scan of the pelvic area etc. done. The main findings were that my urine flow is really weak and that my testosterone levels have plummeted. I am really at loss with this one. It is ruining my entire life since I cannot sleep properly, work properly, exercise properly or have a proper sex life. Lately I have been having some self-destructive thoughts especially since the doctors I've been working with seem to have no more ideas left and are essentially telling me to "learn to live with it". Next thing I will be trying will be to treat my testosterone levels. However, I am somewhat sure this has nothing (or very little) to do with the issue itself, and the two are totally unrelated).

Hey guys, I have been also facing the same problem from 3 months. I am 28 years old male. There has been a constant urge to urinate and it always feels like urine is stuck on the tip of penis all time, which is not painful but very irritating.
Going through the discussions and consulting many doctors I have few possible ways to reduce this feeling:
I would advice everyone to do the above steps for 2-3 days at least. You will definitely feel the change.
It's not the complete cure, but it will reduce the problem and the depression caused due to it.
Other users have pointed out that it may take 6-8 months to be cured, or more. It started 3 months ago for me. Let's see when it ends.

Also, i would add one more thing.
If there is very bad feeling on or near the penis, you can warm it.
Take a hot water bag, or fill a water bottle with hot water (make sure it's not too hot to burn your skin) and roll the bottle on your bladder and urethra.
It will help relieve some pain for a temporary time.

34 year old male originally had a similar case in 2013 which gradually improved however has recently revived. This is my exact medial issue as well constant urgency to urinate , feeling of trapped urine in head of penis , urge is strongest when feeling "trapped" or not free to urinate if i need. local gp sent me for a uti test also perscribed ditropan. This is very hard with a sit down job as sitting seems to make the urge to urinate worse hiwever there must be a mental part to it as i know if im busy walking around doing things i tend to have less frequent urges.

Same with me. I had it before but it want away but came back. Did yours went away on it's own again? I'm very depressed because of this.

Jeremy read my other posts please. Most likely your prostate is infected by bacteria. It will not magically disappear on its own. Longer you leave it the worst it gets. Also men who have chronic bacterial prostatitis suffer with depression as your testosterone and other hormones are low ( not necessarily below the level but near the border line)

as others have said it gets reduced over a few months of what feels like hell but i get it back every now and then. i do wonder if its related to masturbation or sex as recently had sex and it was a bit dry and im now back with symptoms and trying to get it to calm down

Has anyone an update?
22 years old guy here. Have been having the problem with feeling of pee trapped in penis tip. Some days are better than other. I don't pee more than normal, and no hurting feeling, just really irritating feeling. Used to get worse when sitting, sometimes when lying. But when standing, it's close to normal.

had the same problem man . the problem was that I was not exercising and sitting down watching tv all day. exercising should help that constant urge to urinate . it was annoying to me but it also forced me to become physically fit

Hello men,
I signed up just so I could reply as I've had the same issue for over a year now, although it did stop for a few months in between.
One thing I wanted to mention that has given me an instant easing of the sensation, is after urinating instead of shaking my penis, I allowed it to drip dry and then wiped it instead of shaking it. Seeing as a few of you mentioned yours stemmed from masturbating, I wondered if any excessive shaking/movement of the penis could affect it.
I will continue to do this to see if it eliminates the sensation entirely.

Having similar issue. Feel like I have to pee feeling in tip of penis, but i know I dont have to. Peeing relieves issue for a few minutes, but then it comes back. Doctors checked for UTI, but negative. I've only been with one person who is currently my wife, and she has only been with me -so STD out of the equation. The more concentrated my urine is, the more irritation I feel. Clear urine (when i drink a lot of water) helps with irritation. Been a month now and it hasnt gotten better. Sometimes I feel it and occasionally I dont. Driving me crazy
