Ever since i was 7 years old, iv been feeling constantly sick, i will go a couple of years of feeling really sick 24/7 then a couple of years feeling fine. It just comes and goes over long periods of time. This time i have been feeling constantly sick, anxious, bloated, acid refluxes and stomach pains. I have to mention i have a fear of vomiting and all these feelings only makes my fear worse, i haven't put my life on hold from (even tho i sometimes feel like i want too). I also have trouble going to the toilet sometimes (number 2) i quite often get constipated. Im only 23 years old, male by the way and i cant go out drinking with friends, go out for meals or even holidays because i feel like throwing up all the time, its just a nightmare!! I don't even know what normal feels like anymore all i feel is SICK, NAUSEA AND DISCOMFORT, its so distressing and makes me angry sometimes. Does anyone have any answers or idea to what this might be? Or ever experienced this before? Would very much appreciated your views

The only way to test for Coeliac is to continue to eat foods with gluten for at least 6 weeks prior to tests - GP can do the blood tests and refer you for gastroscopy with duodenal biopsy.

I tested positive for c. diff (cloustrium difficile) was put on flagyl ( metronidazole) just finished 10 day course of this antibiotic, nausea gone reflux is almost gone anxiety levels have come way down finally feel like I have found an answer and it's not all in my head. I say request to be tested for this if your doctor won't test for it find one that will. Good luck and hope this helps. not that it matters but I am 49.

Brian26239, I know this is over a year ago, but was wondering if you had Diarrhea when you were checked for CDiff? My husband had a blood test from a lab that's primarily used by Naturalpathics. It showed he had high levels of CDiff. Showed results to an Infectious Disease Dr and she said everyone has CDiff in them. Since my husband had Constipation vs. Diarrhea, she said he doesn't have it so wouldn't treat him.
How are you doing today? Did the Flagyl help? Thanks.

Cause. What you eat. I don't care what you ate before. Eat as healthy as you possibly can. Next breath through your nose because when you breath through your mouth, the air goes to your stomach giving you indigestion and gas. It also helps with ANY acid problems. It won't get rid of our problem but it will help a lot.

EXACT problem. Wake up super sick every morning and barf my brains out until I feel better. They also told me it was because I smoke to much weed. Which, in fact, it's one of the three things that make me feel normal and not nauseous for hours . The problem is acid reflux AND extreme anxiety. The two definitely don't mix. I just get myself all worked up about stuff for no reason and makes myself super sick thinking about it . My best suggestion would be lay off spicy and acidic meals. Drink water morning and night, smoke a little weed ( if that's you ). Also, also also also. Don't sleep flat on your back, I sleep sitting up more, and it helps reduce the nausea by great amounts.

I've also had this happen to me and dctors haven't been able to give me a cure. It started almost a year ago when I randomly threw up one day and haven't stopped since. Ive got such bad pain and bloating I can't sleep past 6am because of the discomfort. I'm so drained, I don't remeber what it feels like to be healthy. It's completely taken over my life and i'm only 20 years old. I've even flown abroad to see if they could find a cure but they just told me I had severe gastric reflux and gave me meds for it but it hasn't helped at all!!
Although, I found that when I went abroad my sympotoms resided quite a bit but once I was back in the UK i've just got worse. Maybe there's an underlying psychological problem or maybe it's just psychical but whatever it is it needs to be cured!!

I am a long time smoker I had never had any problems like this when I was 16 I use to smoke all the time
I quit smoking in my twenties and I didn't start having heartburn or trouble with stomach till after my kids my concern is though I pay attention and I had been noticing that when I stopped smoking I didn't seem to have any issues but when I would start smoking again I would I just started to smoke recently and stomach issues have returned I'm going to stop but I honestly think it's something more serious Like a ulcer or something I can't eat anything without it coming back up almost as if it never made it down
