CONSTANT STOMACH PAIN FOR 2 YEARS NOW

Since march last year felt pain in my abdomen which moves within my abdomen..it hurts very bad when below my right, left ribs and also when it centered below my abdomen...it spreads to the center of my chest which makes me feel like vomiting but have never vomited before..it something stabbs me in both the left and right side of the chest,i also fell sharp pain in my anus but this pain doesnt keep long,it takes like a minute or 2 and goes.The only time I dont feel any pain is when am asleep,as soon as I wake up the pain begins.have had series of test which didnt show anything(endoscopy,xray,cytoscopy,urine test,stool Re,ultrasound,abdominal scan,KUB).a little blood was found in my urine which afterwards the pain became severe and realized ma urine was brown when I urinated that very moment..havent seen that anymore till now.went for the cytoscopy and nothing showed up.My doctors says the little blood in the urine is not the cause even though he gave me medications for that..non of de medicines pescribed for me has worked. can someone please help me out.I feel like am no more part of the human race,always in pain.

    Hi dylon it was just a day...i was on ma way to the field to play soccer and felt pressure in ma scrotum.it moved from that region to my lower abdomen which i started feeling mild pain and discomfort there,from there all the symtoms I have listed above started

    I have had pains for 6 years now im 19 now ! Myn feel like my stomach is being ripped when I eat I cant eat!! I consume about 1-3 glasses of liquid a day and snacks. I bin to speaclists and nothing I feel like I wont ever find out whats causeing these pains ! D: WHAT does your doctor say anything ???

    I have similar pain, but mine isn't in a specific area, I'm just constantly nauseous. When I lay down I instantly feel like vomiting, which forced me to sleep in a recliner for 2 years. My doctor did prescribe me Ondensetron, but I can't take it often and it only works half the time. I'm only 14, why do i have to live in pain like this with 0 answers?
