sounds like really strange symptoms. do you ever empty your bladderwhen you urinate? if not i would suggest get some catheters and carefully teach yourself to self-cath and you can empty your bladder completly. that should alleviate the immediate urge. at your age you shouldn't be having this kind of problem, have you checked for STD? sorry to ask that, but i don't know you and it's something to consider.

It sounds like you've exhausted all al GP can offer. Probably time to cosult with a urologist (a specialist in illnesses of the bladder and associated plumbing). As Tom has said, certainly check for STD.

Secondly , no it can not be STD because im still a virgin , so yeah we can rule out the STD bit.

Sorry you are having such an annoying issue. What you describe makes me think that there are short term and long term considerations: First is to get your bladder empty and keep emptying it as needed. If your doctor can't see you right away, go to the emergency room (or InstaCare or whatever is available in your area) and ask the doctor to teach you how to self cath and write an Rx for self cath supplies. This will allow you to empty your bladder completely each time so that you don't feel a need to pee every 10 minutes. It will also prevent the urine becoming so concentrated and stale that it causes burning when you pee. I'm assuming that's what you were describing in the heading of your post, if not please give us more information.
The long term involves seeing a Urologist who can examine your prostate to determine if it's the problem or maybe there's a blockage of some other type. The problem needs to be resolved to prevent kidney damage caused by urine backing up into the kidneys.
I know there is a level of hesitancy involved in asking anyone to help with this kind of problem, but keep your mind focused on the fact that medical people who work in this area got over that long ago and you will too after a short time. Also please remember that the urinary system is very delicate and you need to learn how to insert a cath correctly before trying it. Don't try to insert a drinking straw or any other tube. Please let us know how you do and don't hesitate to correct our misunderstanding if we have jumped to conclusions that are wrong.

My doctors tested me for UTi and the results were negative
Now the most prominent symptoms are
1) constant urge to urinate even after emptying my bladder
2) occasional slight burning/ pain on the tip of the penis ( not while urinating)

Neal Iam soryy that your having a problem at your age. You need to go a urologist to see what is the problem. He can give you something to relax your bladder and help you not go to the bathroom alot. Also how much to you drink in a day. You said that this started tw0 month's ago. What were you do ing at this time. There could be many reason for this. But try to get a good urologist that will work with you. At your age don't let them do anything to your prostate. You need that right not...Please keep us informed Good luck Ken

Thats good. Are you a bike rider. Have you hit yourself there or it could be something that your eating you never know. But it still sounds like a infection. Had alot of them.I never was on any of the pill you are on. Going to have to read up on them I was just on a pill because I was having a heart cath done and had a problem with the dye they use. It was called Myrbetriq 25mg. It was fine for me for the first few weeks but I had to stop it relax my bladder to much. I was only going once a day. Do you trust the urologist. Don't like him tell you that you have to have it cut out. I worry about you young guys going to some of these doctor. Let me know how your doing and if you just need to talk I am alway here for you. Take care Ken. I have a very good urologist. He is a younger guy and he cares which is good tto have

If it's only a few drops most times and then full stream and empty - there's probably something in the nerves sending an incorrect message. You probably already know your meds do the following:
Risek ulcers
Taravid infection
Genurin relaxant
Have you noticed any improvement since you started taking them?

Does your doctor suspect a slight tear or bruise? It's normal for symptoms to be worse at night, it may take a month or so for the damage to heal completely. In the meantime you might try taking a mild sleeping pill like Diphenhydramine HCI 25mg. It helps with sleep and is a decongestant which might help with any swelling caused by the injury.

It sounds to me like you have an irritated or spasmodic bladder. There are medications specifically for that, and your urologist should know about them, and should have prescribed them already. Also, of course, the urologist should be looking for the cause of the irritation in your bladder.
At the risk of being too personal. It's possible that too frequent masturbation could be causing irritation. It might be worth considering slowing down (no, not stopping) on that for a few days to decrease the irritation, and see if that helps.
You might consider a new urologist, I sure would.
