Normally go like clock work every day been taking orlistat for 5 days but ain't been once don't even feel like going surly this ain't normal as all other posts I read consists of diarrhoea

If you feel constipated then i recommend you try drinking lots of tea.

hi, I've only been taking it for 3 days and have just managed to go the toilet, im normally very regular, im drinking lots of water and make sure I have a max of 5g of fat per meal, it's normally 1-2g. can anyone tell me if this is normal, or is this the calm before the storm ?? Also does it flush out any existing fat that I have ?? thanks for any help x
